Overall good, very close to the city center, convenient travel. The socket has usb, even if there is no conversion head, it is fine, breakfast is rich. The disadvantage is that the room is small, suitable for one person, of course, two people can also, the bathroom is very crowded. Health needs to be improved, the toilet seat also sees residue 😭

Great hotel in a great location! I was situated in the front of the hotel facing the street with beautiful views of Gent’s skyline. Lots of cafes and restaurants just downstairs and in walking distance. There was also a lot of great shopping nearby. Standard retail that you could find in most cities and also interesting shops with handmade and unique products. Also walking distance to all the sights you want to see. Although the room is small, it was comfy.

No window opening is possible and the room is very warm. Air conditioning is all, even if it is in the indoor room. The air-conditioning does not even refresh the room, even at 16°. Parking is expensive and what a terrible ring to reach their parking. 1 departure from 3-armen missing and just ride around a quarter and try again. Who's signed the road plan there? All of it had a good seller! Sorry for the hotel! A hotel very nice, all furnished, delicious tables, very good beds, professional staff. I went there with the helicopter right away! ;)

Beautiful hotel with perfect view of a cathedral from our twin room. Hotel is in a historic building with lovely architectural features by the canal and the room we were in was a cleverly designed ”duplex” with the bathroom and sinks on the upper floor (ie loft) which made full use of the almost double volume ceiling in the smallish twin room we were in. The only drawback was that the steps were narrow and steep and would pose a problem if one had mobility issues. The toilet was located by the door next to the entrance but there was no sink for handwashing. Alcohol gel in a pump bottle was provided. There is a café, lifestyle / clothes shop and supermarket in the same building. Very convenient and the hotel's location was walkable to all the sights in Ghent central. The front desk staff were very polite and gracious and allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived before 11am, since check-in was strictly at 4pm. We were happy to find that our suitcases had been already delivered to our room when we returned to the hotel at 4pm. There are 2 bars in the hotel - one which is open to the public which was buzzing in the evenings and a guest-only ”Honesty Bar” (1st photo) in which hotel guests could purportedly help themselves to liquor and pen down what they had imbibed - but I never saw anyone in it ! This could be due to a lack of ice or mixers. Or glasses. 🍸

Great location, great and helpful front desk, but house keeping was rather unclean / weird. I was still getting ready to leave my room, wearing my winter jacket and shoes etc, when the house keeping just entered the room and started cleaning the room straight away without giving me a little privacy before i leave. I was very uncomfortable and confused at that moment.

There are game machines in the lobby for easy waiting. The location is very good, right next to the Christmas market. I took my children to the Christmas mass. It's only a few stops away from T2 to Kenipolis Gent to watch a movie. There is a very good restaurant at the door. There is Amateur gentle 2 outside the door, which specializes in eating local special grilled pork chops. It costs 24 euros per adult and is suitable for big eaters to eat unlimited grilled pork chops. There is also an Albert supermarket next to the Ferris wheel for convenient shopping.

The staff at the counter are not very friendly And the booking website said there is a free mini bar. The employee on the first day told me that I had to pay for the ones in the refrigerator and the ones outside were free. Check with the front desk again when you check out the next day (because you don’t want to be charged extra But it turned out that there is a charge for items outside the refrigerator. In addition to being inconsistent, it also means there is no free mini bar. Feeling bad In addition, the taxi driver hired by the hotel charged more than the market price. The front desk said that it is about 15-18 euros from the hotel to Ghent Station. The taxi driver charged 20 (Uber checked it was 12-13) I don’t understand the charges for such a five-star hotel. Is there such a service? Also, working with such a dishonest taxi company also makes the hotel lose points! But the staff in charge of the kitchen are very friendly and caring.

The location is slightly off, in Ghent, but it is convenient to go up and down the highway. It takes half an hour to go to Brussels, Ulster, and Antwerp. The hotel room is bigger and the bed is big, breakfast is OK, cost-effective

Amazing helpful accommodating staff, spacious rooms, parking a bit expensive at 19 euros . The breakfast was good lots of choice 15 minutes drive from the centre The suite had beautiful large bed and everything and more to accommodate at very pleasant stay

The hotel is located near the train station, there is a supermarket nearby, and the room has a kitchen for cooking. It is recommended to everyone! You can choose to walk or take a bus to the attractions. The lobby and rooms are clean and tidy.
