The experience was not good, rooms were not cleaned properly, smelly and washroom was also not cleaned and ac was there in the room but only for display purpose there is no cooling at all. This is an expensive option according to their rooms and amenities.

Hotel management will not take care of their customer. Taking more time food delivery. No proper response from hotel. Whatever food menu is there, that only need to order, in case of desired food not available, hotel should allow to bring form outside, but outside food is not allowed here. No freedom for desired food. Some service *** will ask extra money during food delivery to room. Taking extra money for bottle. No complimentary will be provided to customer

Ac was not working staff kept neglecting until l 3 in morning they were not even receiving mmt attendants call later they changed rooms but still same problem 2/3 drunk people were shouting entire night beside our previous rooms
hotel staff was neither cooperative nor behaved they quarreled many times
basic things like toiletries, drinking water towel was not available even at 3 in morning when we got shifted to other rooms after complaining it was cleaned at 4 in morning
