출장지와 가까워서 예약했는데 룸에 다용도 핸드워시 하나있고 샴푸나 비누나 어메니티도 없고 하물며 크리넥스도 없고 사진에 비해 시설도 약합니다. 직원들은 친절한데 영어 잘하는 직원은 별로 없어요

Fortune ITC Hotel in Ghaziabad is the worst hotel you could stay in. It is filthy, old and management is hopeless. I stayed for 12 days with my family in March 2025. We had booked 2 rooms of which 1 was a suite. The balconey door to the suite was broken and would not lock which made the room very unsafe. When we complained it took managemnt 3 days to fix it. The safe in the room did not work. It took them 2 days to finally replace the safe. The bathrooms are old and filty ( look at photos posted below). I would have not stayed here was it not for my mother who lived close by and moving away would be long commute for us. This hotel is 3rd rate and is in dire need of repairs. The staff is slow and untrained. Don't go by photoes posted online. The truth is posted below. ITC management you should be ashamed of running a dump like this.

I am a frequent traveller and always stay in Fortune. The rooms are spacious, laundry clean & housekeeping is immaculate. The staff is very courteous and polite and recently they changed my room on their own due to slight technical problem with the room telephone handset. The breakfast and dinner buffet spread are lavish and especially they take care to provide healthy food options.

If you want to stay and still feel at home itis a nice place to be A big thank you to anshul , anshul tyagi was the name, thanks budy for keeping the rooms clean, helping us every then and now navigating us with us during the stay with a super smile on the face. Thanks to the reception people evertime i there was always someone who was ready to help and eager to resolve the problem I was guest who felt it was super above the expectations from a 4 star loved the stay, thanks to the super staff of the fortune district center starting with the well trained guards , smiling people at the reception, buffet served with a smile hot and fresh to the plates. Got a really fantastic experience. A big Thanks to the chef for bringing the pizza to my table ***** with french fries and the burger still not to forget the cold coffee w/o icecream loved it…. My recent stay at the Fortune Hotel was truly wonderful, largely due to its convenient location and impressive property, complemented by the remarkable service provided by its dedicated team. A huge commendation goes to Nikhil, the manager, whose leadership clearly fosters an environment of excellence. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with professionalism and a genuine desire for our satisfaction. The front desk team deserves special recognition for their efficiency and warmth. Rishita provided such a welcoming and smooth check-in experience. Aabid was consistently helpful with all our inquiries, offering excellent recommendations. And Yash consistently went above and beyond, always greeting us with a friendly smile and ensuring our transportation was handled effortlessly. Their collective effort truly enhanced our stay. Fortune Hotel stands out not just for its great location and comfortable property, but primarily for its exceptional staff. I wholeheartedly recommend it for unparalleled hospitality.

"Mera stay iss hotel mein ekdum shaandaar raha! Room bohot clean, comfortable aur well-maintained tha. Staff ka behaviour friendly aur helpful tha – har request pe turant response mila. Location bhi convenient thi, aur overall environment peaceful tha. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for maintaining hygiene and to the front desk for their warm welcome.
