An old hotel but with nice amenities. Very quiet and far from the city. If you want something different from your usual day to day, even weekends. This is a place to stay to relax and unwind.

good staff, good room, good service, i will come back to this hotel.

situated in gayathi, i loved the place. it is a little isolated and the room has a little quirky organization -- you have to take stairs to go the the bathroom -- but it is a perfect place to go if you have business in this region. the hotel was clean, staff were very kind, and the price was affordable. one complaint would be the screen by the pool was blasting indian music even after midnight, but I called the reception and they turned it off immediately.

Really I enjoy at western hotel ghiyathi. Definitely because of all staff for The restaurant Especially Mr. Naeem, the official, And Asauka from room cleaning service thanks too , hotel cleanliness, and department organization .......

i want to give special thanks for mr Haythem excels as a receptionist, showcasing a high level of professionalism and linguistic proficiency. His fluency in French greatly enhances communication with French-speaking guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-assisted. Haythem's friendly demeanor and attention to detail make interactions pleasant and efficient, contributing to a positive and smooth experience for all visitors. His dedication and capability make him an invaluable asset to the team.

Hotel is like our second home, we thank you for Abanoub being such amazing person and to the hotel staff to restaurant team Ripon to Ahmed and reception also housekeeping. We thank you for your hospitality and service, but only one thing to highligh to the management when your hotel manager speak about us let her speak not on the floor and we can see from her body language she's speak about us..keep in your mind we have more than 100 rooms in your hotel and we are not demanding guest to treat us like a kids. One of staff told the new Pilipina hotel manager is giving them pressure to assist as normal not to treat us like vip. We are very happy on your staffs they are hard working and treat as like family. My request to management appreciate your team , le them be free to work

Staff re very good. But when the hotel manager change , service become poor. We don't comfortable to hotel after work not like before. The hotel becomes jail for us.maybe if this lady go from here, hotel service will be back to normal with good hospitality. This morning I had my breakfast and people watching us and follow up I am just holding a tissue, we are working so hard and our company is paying money to this hotel no problem when staff informing don't take anything from restaurant but with small peace of bites in our hand it this correct? I think you management should orient the hotel manager and don't put lady as hotel manager you need professional not a person who talks to staff just to watch us and knowing that we can understand what she speaks ..talk privately in your office .

Staffs are good and very helpful , food was nice and it's lots of improvement , over all hotel is excellent and even I can rate as 5star , thank you for the hospitality of the team , also the gym facility was amazing, expect to the management I don'tike the way you handle guest specially we stay for almost 5months now suddenly your service change. I still recommend this hotel for everyone , excellent hospitality and staff

Staff are very approachable and good, but when the pilipina manger join I notice people change and treat us like enemy or homeless , that lady everytime we will eat she will look at us like we are not paying, she's talking to staff to check up and Sims everyone looking to us like we are Alibaba. If this attitude not top I will make big complain in my company and we will go from this hotel very bad attitude lady

Rina and her team as amazing. We were having our house painted and couldn’t stay home that night. I called a few hours before we arrived. Rina was amazing. Room was great. Food was great. I would just like to suggest you guys add something yummy for kids that’s not spicy. We did however request and it was delicious. Thank yiu all for a lovely stay.

Hotel is very nice, we are staying here since 2 months and everything is perfect. Very big and spacious Rooms, All the staff is very helpful and cooperative. Food is very nice and tasty. Overall the service is amazing. The pool, gym and spa service is also nice.

We were 2 families with 2 kids from Sharjah and stayed for 2 days. An amazing facility and really pleasant and clean rooms. The hotel is located in a peaceful environment and a morning walk is a must . The staff were very professional and always welcoming with a smile. A special thanks to Mr.Rashini ,Mr. Attaullah and Ms.Jonalyn for arranging our anniversary cake as requested and for the complimentary room upgrade. the only advice i would like to give is to increase breakfast options as it was very limited. apart from this our stay was just perfect . Thank you for giving us such a good experience. special note : there are veryyy few restaurant options near the hotel and Panoor restaurant in the LULU mall is an absolute NOOOO NOOOO. Burger hut and Fawael cafeteria is an ok option
