Our stay at Almhof Family Resort & Spa was simply outstanding. The quality of service was impeccable, with attentive staff catering to every need. The amenities were top-notch, offering a blend of luxury and comfort. The hotel truly has something for everyone—adults can indulge in the spa and exquisite dining, while children enjoy endless fun with dedicated activities and play areas. We will definitely be back for another unforgettable experience.

The perfect holiday! We wanted to have a place where the kids are valued guests and felt seen and heard, such a great personnel from the front desk to the cleaning crew! The kids loved the buffet dinner, and definitive plus that it started earlier than the grown ups dinner service. Our kids were able to move in the hotel by them selves to the playroom, but we also did use the kidsclub during dinner after the kids had finished their dinner. We were not so fortunate with the weather, but soon noticed that there is so much to do also indoors that the weater was not relevant. All in all 10/10 and just what we wanted and needed!

Wow! We had an A M A Z I N G vacation ! World class staff, all facilities are maintained in the highest level, cleanliness got score of 10, food was great and all services just kept us smiling for the entire time. Thank you very much for unforgettable time❤️

We traveled from the U.S. True all-inclusive family ski vacations are rare in the U.S. Our 6 year old daughter was in heaven with all of the activities geared towards children and this allowed us to have some relaxation and time to ourselves. The ski school was fantastic and a fraction of the price. The entire staff was exceptional and very welcoming! The accommodations, food and hotel amenities were wonderful. Highly recommend!

We stay in Almhof Family resort , every year for our Christmas holidays since 2011. We enjoy it so much that every time we book our stay for next year. Kammerlander Family and their staff provide the highest quality service with passion and love. It's the best holidays for our children who are now 10 and 16. We love the food, the cosy atmosphere, the exquisite spa. We are looking forward to go back next year.

This hotel is fantastic, especially for a family ski holiday. The best way I can sum it up is that it's the best 4-star hotel you will find. We've stayed in numerous 5-star family hotels throughout Austria and wouldn't say it's quite at that level, but as a 4-star, it's the best you'll find and well worth the fee they charge. The hotel is very family-friendly and well set up to cater to children of all ages. The family that owns it is regularly seen around the hotel and clearly keeps an eye on the quality whilst aspiring to improve their offering. The staff are friendly, warm and helpful and do their best to assist however possible. The food is excellent for a 4-star; you certainly won't go hungry, and there is plenty of variety. We stayed for 8 nights, and the staff learned our food and drink preferences quickly, making our meal times easy, enjoyable and customised. The pool facility is very modern and looks great. The kids loved it, and it was easy to relax, with lovely views. The wellness tower (spa) has stunning views and lovely relaxation areas, making for a fantastic 'parents' getaway while the kids are entertained in the kids club. The hotel integrates seamlessly into the ski school, meaning my wife and I could easily ski alone every day. Having a representative from the ski school at the hotel reception made booking and amending lessons easy. The skiing in Gerlos is fantastic; I absolutely loved it. We were fortunate with the weather and the amount of snow. We were treated to stunning views and great fun on the slopes daily. It's easy to drop the kids at the kids club, they then take them to their lessons, and then we took the free bus to the main gondola station. A fantastic touch is the hotel gives you vouchers to use at some of the restaurants on the ski slope, meaning you don't have to pay. Having a small practice slope at the hotel is a great touch and helped me develop my skiing when not on the main slope, and the kids enjoyed sledging there. I have 3 boys, and they loved the trampoline park at the hotel, they spent hours there in the evenings. I would definitely return to Almhof, especially during the ski season.
