Nice and clean place. The motor lodge is a 5 min walk away from Mundell cafe and 7 mins away from Fresh Choice where you can buy some groceries. We had unit 7 where it can sleep 4 comfortably.

房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，而且都洗得特別乾淨。前台特別有禮貌有耐心，如沐春風。衹可惜衹住一晚，酒店所處小鎮安逸寧靜，適合溜達，當地人也友好，都會打招呼。如果來新西蘭自駕，Asure是不錯的選擇！

We had a lovely clean well appointed room both had a great nights sleep. Good advice for dinner had a yummy meal too. Recommended highly. Management also gave us good advice on where to eat we had a lovely meal a short distance from our accommodation.

We booked into this motel because it was an "Asure" and the motel chain had a promotion going during our 4 week South Island tour. We paid $154.00 for a one night stay. It was all a bit average on the inside so not that memorable. The kitchen cooking utensils were motel average poor quality. Not sure it deserves a 4 star rating. The main problem though was..... on first entry into the bathroom all I could smell was "urine". I mean it was strong! I was so disappointed as the bathroom looked clean and tidy but where was the pong coming from?. Then I spotted the base of the toilet where it connects to the lino/tile (cant remember which it was). All around the base was a dirty brown colouring (eeeew) and no sealant. This is where the hideous smell is coming from.... years and years of scum going down into this crack. I was too embarassed to tell the owners, we left as soon as possible the next morning. I dont remember the room number but it was the one at the end of the right hand building up against the bank at the back of the property. As an architectural designer I suggest pulling out the toilet and flooring and either thoroughly cleaning the area (scraping off scum), or replacing it all. Then.....make sure you put sealant like silicone, all around the bottom of the toilet, ensuring that your cleaners dont damage it when they clean. Also, I used the laundry and my black clothes came out covered in white powder. Giant Motel commercial laundry machines and driers are just too basic and harsh for new clothing.

What a great place to stay overnight! Clean and tidy room with comfortable beds and plenty of off street parking, great location and the owners were super friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Great value for money.

This motel is a gem.. Clean and very well equipped. It is walking distance to town, restaurants, supermarket etc. the staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend to other travellers.

Stayed here twice. Comfy bed, great pillows, super clean, amazing shower pressure. Consistently good after a long drive. Wish the trucks could be diverted outside of towns but nothing to do with the enjoyment. Loved the rose garden & efficient cleaning crew.

Stopped off for three nights choosing a king + single for 2 people. Ample room to spread out. Immaculatly clean, fresh and inviting units with a quiet! Heatpump. Accommodating hosts and handy walking distance within Geraldine. Good parking outside unit. A little road noise but not a bother at all.

Loved our stay and recommend 100%. Spotlessly clean unit with a very comfortable bed and great pillows. Well equipped unit. Great welcome and staff we encountered all friendly. Great location and quiet. This was our second stay and we will be back.

This motel was comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful but looked as though very little money has been spent keeping the rooms upgraded and smart. Everything looked tired. I would not stay again for this reason. Geraldine is a potential overnight stopover when traveling long distances in the South Island. Maybe Covid is the excuse.

Everything was first class - check-in, cleanliness and layout. The only (very slight) downside was road noise being next to the main road. However this was easily offset with the close proximity to the centre of town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The only fault to report was that the spa taps appeared not to function but then we weren't bothered by this and so we didn't ask management for help.

Convenient location to town, everything walkable. Free parking, lovely staff, clean, quiet and well appointed unit. The owner Sue was very friendly and helpful with local info. Would recommend A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
