My husband spoke w/ someone re: our stay which would have been 2 nights 15-16th May. We cannot stay in pet friendly rooms b/c of asthma and allergies. We were told the 4th floor doesn’t allow pets so we booked it. When we arrived the man at the desk said all the floors are pet friendly so we decided to try it but we had to leave. In room about 2 hours. Thought we would get a refund since we were told that 4th floor is no pet. The man at the desk was very rude and seemed annoyed w/ us, no apology or sorry about our situation just we will owe for 2 nights. We left owing over $300.00 for nothing. Hoping that since you know our situation we will get a refund.
