The service staff, Linda and Nini were very efficient in checking us in. They were friendly and warm in greeting the guests. The location is great as it is easy to access F&B outlets and is also very near to Georgetown. We had enjoyed our 5N6D stay at Muntri Mews.

The room is beyond my expectations! Very authentic and nicely decorated with historical furnishings. The location is close to walking areas and eateries.

Great location nearby to nice cafes including the latest higher ground cafe and restaurant only 3 mins walk. Walking distance to well known restaurants including Peranakan and local coffee house. Very quiet and tranquil and not crowded . There are few different types of rooms to choose depending on your needs. I choose the standard rooms which was cosy . Hotel staff were excellent especially to Ms Linda who helped me to change room when the a/c was not functioning properly. Mews cafe outside the hotel was nice and quiet. Remember to book early as rooms are limited. Rich In Peranakan heritage

Loading luggage is a challenge where there is no parking for this hotel. However the location is superb , you can just walk around for food easily . We stayed in a terrace suite room is tastefully designed and we enjoyed it very much . Friendly staff. For those who like to experience heritage stay , this is highly recommended.

We stayed at Room 9, a terrace suite with traditional peranakan styled living room and two bedrooms with attached toilets. The staff at front desk is very friendly at helpful. The terrace suite is very big, nice, clean and comfortable. Location is very good within easy walking distance to tourist spots at Love Lane, Lebuh Chulia, Lebuh King, Lebuh Queen, Jalan Penang, Lebuh Armenian. Lebuh Light etc No parking at Muntri Mews so if you drive, you have to park at the public carpark lots along the street which you have to download Penang Smart Parking App, top up can be done at 7Eleven, parking fee is 80 cents RM per hour or 6 RM per day. Everything is good except the mosquitoes through the toilet ventilation opening at the first room.

We booked two standard rooms. But the staff has kindly upgraded one of the rooms to a family suite so that we could take care of our elderly parents. The family suite was big and spacious with two double beds to accommodate four persons. It felt like living in a house during the 1920s. The standard room, though much smaller, was good for two persons and well appointed. It felt more intimate than the former. The staff were friendly and helpful throughly our stay. The location couldn’t be better, with lots of cafes, restaurants, convenience stores at our doorstep.

Stayed here previously and it was great. Stayed this year and seems like a lot has changed, not for the better: There is a restaurant somewhere nearby that’s playing loud live music around 10pm-1am. Aircon in the unit wasn’t working well. We did notify the staff and looked like they fixed it. Which is good. Hotel staff didn’t seem to be as friendly as it used to be.

Good hospitality and services but was disappointed for the wash room ! Doors were unlocked and no privacy at all! Breakfast was simple yet need to improve the quality!

The toilet is small. It is difficult to find parking nearby the hotel. The astro channels also cannot watch, only one channel can watch.

Overall good stay. In terms of services they can improve a bit.

Very pleasant place to stay. The workers are very helpful and very friendly. We happened to arrived early morning and the caretaker was kind enough to let us in to the property and offer us to use the washroom and rest at the lounge. Food in the cafe are very tasty. The property is safe. In the night, they will lock the gate & there's a caretaker around. Will definitely stay with the Muntri's group for my next visit.

A classic hotel with traditional decorations. The location is good but the room was not clean enough. Be careful of closing the windows as there will be mosquitos going in the room.
