From the moment you arrive, till when you check out, the service from every single staff member is implacable. Everyone, doorman, bellboy, counter staff, restaurant staff, even cleaning staff. All are well trained and make you feel pampered. The experience was a really luxurious one. Will definitely stay here again. Location isnt too bad as well. Close to tourist spots and food. Well done, The Prestige. 10/10.

Room is small compared to price in Penang.
Walkway along the way to the room is too dark.
Only swimming pool have excellence view.

酒店在老城區，去景點走路就能到。附近就有米其林一星娘惹菜餐廳就離酒店幾百米，auntie giak lean, 但是需要提早預約。酒店頂樓有泳池，景色不錯。酒店服務員都很服務意識，基本上從到酒店就有人開門，拿行李，關門。而且都是笑容對待，這種感覺就是很好。早餐也很不錯。

The hotel is in an excellent location—convenient for exploring Georgetown. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. A standout feature was the in-room 3M water filter, which provided clean drinking water without the need for plastic bottles—a nice touch for both comfort and sustainability.
Would definitely stay here again!
