One of the best hotel where we ever stayed. The best staff, big, nice and comfy room. They care about every details. Beautiful swimming pool and very good co-working space, delicious coffee. 10 minutes by Grab to the Centre of George Town.

Come to Penang for a short trip with families.
PROs:
1) Good value for the rates because the room is spacious
2) Nice swimming pools which my kids really having fun time there
3) Good services provided. Feedback the lamp malfunction. Straight away technician came and fix it.
CONs:
1) Location not at town centre. Opposite is USM, which also good FOR families of the US students
2) Check out time seems earlier at 11am and Check in at 3pm...

Room is cery spacious, clean, new and very new designs too. Toolet has sewage smell, not sure why. But overall is good. Altho not in george town, had to drive out to most places, but the area is quiet and clean.

Shower head was broken, really fast fix from the customer support. Hotel room is clean and spot on. It was a pleasant stay.

Thankful for the marvelous add on note on the special day. Also, pretty new, nice, and clean hotel in Penang. Its not fully open yet at the moment but all good for us as we are only here for rest. Location wise got to improve more on signboard for their emtrance for easier recognition. Looking forward to more trips in future!

its a very new hotel. Reception are very welcoming but still some bump and errors while checking in. But all is well. I love the ambiance of the place and the room is by far one of the spacious rooms in penang. Very comfy bed.
The only downside side was the water pressure in the shower, it’s quite low and I don’t enjoy the shower. The hotel lobby cafe offer very tasty food, variety of choices and their croissants are great!

I like the lobby, unique & young design! The room was spacious, nice bed, beautiful toilet! This is a newly opened hotel, although not 100% ready but their service is nice & good! Especially the front desk team! Well done! We will be back again!

The rooms are very spacious and sufficient amenities in the room to have a comfortable stay. In fact it is one of the biggest rooms in Georgetown area for the price. The staff are generally very nice, helpful and friendly.

I love how spacious the rooms are. I got the single king and was quite surprised that you can get this kind of size for the given price. Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. 5/5 stars

Before my stay, I confirmed with the hotel that they offered free towel decoration and agreed to receive and store a birthday cake I ordered from a local bakery. Unfortunately, none of this was done. The cake was delivered but left unattended, completely melted by the time we arrived. This ruined the birthday surprise I had planned. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
