Lokasi strategik, bilik selesa cuma saiz agak kecil, ada free flow coffee & tea di lobby. Overall, memuaskan.

Hotelnya masih sangat baru dan lokasinya sangat strategis, ada pasar makanan lokal di dekatnya. Kamarnya bagus, meskipun ukurannya agak kecil, tetapi cukup baik untuk menginap 1 atau 2 orang di kamar. Ada kopi segar yang bisa dinikmati gratis di lobi.

Hotel ini baru, segar, dan terletak di pusat bersejarah Georgetown, tempat Anda dapat dengan mudah berjalan-jalan di sepanjang jalan yang berwarna-warni serta menemukan pusat perbelanjaan. Stafnya ramah, lobi nyaman, wangi, Anda dapat minum kopi, teh, dan air gratis. Dari sisi minusnya, kami mengalami insiden bahwa semua soket di kamar kami tidak berfungsi dan kami tidak dapat mengisi daya ponsel kami. Staf hotel dengan cepat memanggil tukang reparasi dan akhirnya mengganti kamar kami dengan kamar yang sama, tetapi dengan jendela. Kekurangan lainnya yang cukup besar adalah kenyataan bahwa kolam renang tidak berfungsi selama kami menginap 2 malam. Ini sangat penting bagi kami, karena kami memilih hotel dengan kolam renang.

Hotel yang relatif baru di lokasi sentral, sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki ke KOMTAR dan praktis di sebelah pasar Cecil untuk akses ke jajanan kaki lima. Dekat juga dengan bar yang bagus. Kamar agak kecil jika dibandingkan dengan hotel Malaysia lainnya tetapi tidak sempit. Tata letaknya bagus dengan cukup ruang untuk berjalan dan area untuk menurunkan barang bawaan Anda. Kamar tidak memiliki jendela yang dapat dilihat tetapi memiliki semacam jendela atap untuk membiarkan cahaya masuk ke dalam kamar.

Sangat bagus, jauh lebih baik dari yang saya harapkan. Dari apa yang saya lihat di gambar, awalnya saya merasa khawatir. Setelah melihatnya di lokasi, efek sebenarnya bahkan lebih baik daripada gambar.

Kamarnya kecil dan sangat bersih. Pelayanannya sangat baik. Ada restoran di depan hotel.

Kebersihan sangat rata-rata, kamar bau, sikap pelayanan buruk dan blak-blakan, sikap sombong, fasilitas sampah, dan kepala pancuran rusak

Harganya mahal, relatif higienis, tapi tidak menyediakan sarapan. Lokasi dekat dengan pusat kota. Sikap pelayannya baik, tapi kolam renangnya tidak buka.

The location is fabulous, a lot of shop lots. Easy to find the local food 👍👍 Not far from Penang Airport. We walk to Chew Jetty and 1st Avenue

Modern and clean hotel. The staff very friendly and helpful including house keeper. Water dispenser on every floor. Free coffee and tea 24hrs. Near the hawker and market.

The hotel is modern and very pretty! Love the decoration and design. It’s clean, the bed is comfortable (not the pillow) and I love the shower water pressure and the idea of having water dispenser for sustainability drive. A few things that disappointed a little: 1. Was assigned to room 212 which is located close to lift, I barely slept on the first night. One group of guests walked pass ard 12:50am and were talking and laughing so loudly, followed by the loud door closing sound (no soft closing). Then another group came back around 1:45am and I woke up because of the loud door opening and closing sound (3 times)…the aircon was centralised and quite cold, tried adjusting to higher temperature with lower volume but the control parcel is useless. The pillow was not comfortable also, the cotton was not even, too high for my liking. Morning 8:45am the house keeping person tried accessing the store room and entered the wrong PIN code for a few times and the beeping sound was non stop and I woke up again :( 2. Thankfully we were changed to another room at level 3, I managed to sleep better for the 2nd and 3rd night. But when we came back on Day 3, I wanted to watch TV but the remote control was missing. We called the front desk for a few times but no answer around 11pm, had to go down and request for the remote control to be delivered to my room. Guess what, we waited for 15 mins but no one came, called again and finally the house keeping staff showed up after 5 mins. Then when we opened the door, he asked us multiple times that why it’s missing and even requested us to check drawers etc. we searched everywhere before we called, only being accused after waiting for 20 mins. Then waited another 5 mins for him to get a new one and came back. So speechless… 3. I like the free coffee service that they offer, however there’s no food options and no room service. Most of the nearby shops close early and it’s quite hard to find for food at night if you are hungry 4. Not all the staffs are very friendly, the lady receptionist that we encountered was not super friendly and helpful. She told me that when we came down, the replacement room would be ready but it’s not, I waited for another 5 mins standing there until she got everything sorted out. Felt that she was unwilling to help

Location is good, near the famous morning market Pasar Lebuh Cecil. The room cleanness and facility overall is not too bad. The bed is comfortable, shower is hot and strong. However, there is some thing broken in the room, like the toilet hook is not useable, the shower head not user friendly (too low). If you shower more than 10min, it will flood. However again, there is a big issue for travel who drive the car there. Cause the hotel is not prove parking. Even there is space in the hotel, but is still park at your own, caused there is no proper parking for customer. And I saw the city council did towing a car away due to illegal parking, can’t really relax and feel safe when your car is parked road side or not proper space in hotel.

Near day food markets, friendly staff and warm housekeeping staff.  If have shuttle bus service to night markets that will be great.

We had such an awesome time at Citadines Cecil! Although there is no breakfast, a food market is literally 1 min walk away, diagonally opposite the hotel. Its location is close to the main shopping areas, and most attractions are around 10-25MYR by Grab. The rooms are clean and new. Toilet is great. Nice and cosy 🥰 Boyfriend loved how they have 24h coffee available all day!
