Location Very convenient, accross island hospital. Spacious room, cleanliness need to be improved esp on bedsheet and towel. Not much amenities, only have bed, towel, cups, mini fridge (not even water)

Nice Place❤️So far we enjoy staying. I like the room modern style❤️ Staff Friendly✌🏻and customer service👍🏻 but a little noisy at night but im okay with that☺️

Although it was my first time staying in this hotel, I really felt at home! 💙 🏨 Stay Experience They use an advanced mechanical parking garage here, which is a very novel way of parking and also provides free parking services. The check-in procedure was super fast, the front desk service attitude was great, friendly and efficient, basically any needs would be met as much as possible, which was really considerate. The overall environment is clean, spacious and bright. The room design is fashionable but stylish. The hotel's attentiveness can be felt everywhere, such as providing small items such as hair dryers and scales. The bedding is so comfortable that I slept so well at night. I actually slept until dawn. I love it! 🏊♂️ Facilities and Services There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but it is not officially open to guests yet, so I am looking forward to it. What surprised me most was that the drinks, snacks and coffee in the room were all free. These small details were very heartwarming. Wake up in the morning with a cup of fragrant coffee and start a wonderful day in Penang with full energy! 🔒 Full sense of security The most important thing when staying in a hotel is a sense of security, and this hotel has done a very good job in security measures! The hotel is not only equipped with professional security guards who are responsible for maintaining traffic order and daily patrols, but also provides comprehensive security guarantees, making people feel at ease and enjoy a worry-free stay experience. 🍜Nearby food There are many local delicacies around the hotel, such as char kuey tiao, laksa, nasi lemak, chicken rice, hokkien mee… You can find delicious food within walking distance, so you don’t have to worry about food and drink! I asked the front desk when I checked in and found out that this is a new hotel. No wonder it looks so clean and new! Although they have just opened, the experience is really great. To be honest, the CP value is quite high. Families who want to have a good time in Penang may consider this place! I really want to stay here again next time🤭 📍 Locations & Extra Experiences The hotel is located in George Town and has a good location. It is very convenient to go to The TOP Penang, Komtar, 1st Avenue, Prangin Mall and Gurney Plaza shopping malls. It can be easily reached within 10 minutes by driving or taking Grab. It is very suitable for me as a shopping queen! This time when I came to Penang, I happened to come across The Top having a Ramadan Buffet, so I tried it out. I was also able to go up to the 68th floor, the highest building in Komtar, Penang, for free to enjoy the night view. It was really great value! Overall, this stay was a great experience and I'm looking forward to coming back next time 💕

lovely stay at the gurney bay hotel, but i would say it isn't the nearest to your typical tourists spots like armenian streets etc. your nearest malls would be gueney plaza, gurney paragon. check in & out was smooth & the staff were definitely friendly & accomodating☺️

I've had a good stay there for in total 6 days. Clean and comfort place, walking distance to the hospital i went to. Unfortunately the cafe was closed during my stay. Hopefully it will be opened soon.

Room : - clean - near lift - have a beautiful view - location good - near hospital (just walk in minutes) - staff service excellent

Affordable booking. Stayed for 4 nights Location is close to the nearest street food area, about 10min walk Everything was ok except that the toilet wasn’t cleaned on the 3rd day. When I asked for assistance, I was attended to within reasonable time. Thanks!

Hotel is located conveniently on New Lane where there is a touristy night market (check prices before ordering). The 2 main roads are Dato Karmat and Macallister which makes it convenient and accessible for transportation. The facilities such as gym/ small pool are pretty old but hotel tries to upkeep and maintain as much as possible. I had an issue with very smelly sweaty blanket/ comforter and requested for them to change it and they did. Airconditioning and shower was strong, adequate ammenities were provided and towels were clean. However, beds were slightly uncomfortable as I could feel the spring coils. Carpark is free for guest, just get parking coupons from counter.

Check in process very fast. Roadside parking. Room cleanliness is ok, just the sofa has stains. They provide toothbrush and toothpaste but just one set, if you need more can contact and request from the room service. Breakfast is standard with the price. Overall 3 stars for this price. Suitable for travellers, walking distance to all the tourist spots.

Okay lah at that price. Perhaps improvement on the ”hotel services” like bottle of water, coffee, tea, sugar - as you sell at the name of hotel. Other than that is okay, we may back in the future if the price maybe downgrade sikit
