Step out onto your exclusive supersized private balcony, complete with sun beds, a dining table, and chairs, where you can relax and soak in the beauty of your surroundings. Just steps from the powdery white sands and turquoise waters of Seven Mile Beach. You’ll enjoy a prime location within easy walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, Camana Bay, entertainment, excursions, and car rental agencies. The property features resort amenities including a pool, tennis court, pickleball, fitness room, gas BBQ grills, and beautifully landscaped tropical gardens. We are family friendly—beach toys and cribs are available upon request. Getting Started Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. House Rules • Smoking is not permitted in any of the condos. • Pets are not allowed. • Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Only registered guests may stay overnight. • If you use the BBQ grills, please clean them after use and follow all posted safety instructions. A first aid kit is located in the towel cupboard or bathroom cabinet, and a fire extinguisher can be found in the kitchen. Please remember to lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit and turn the AC to 78 degrees. Important Information Please note that natural sand migration and erosion may affect the size and availability of the beach at times. While we cannot guarantee exact beach conditions, you will always have direct ocean access for swimming and snorkeling. For your peace of mind, we recommend securing travel insurance for your reservation. The property is approximately 8-10 minutes by car from the airport.
