這裡員工服務都超級好，很好的交流。廚房洗手間的設施都齊全，早上還有簡單的早餐提供。位置去不同景點都方便，附近超市10分鐘就能到。最後最後這裡有安排市裡的步行團，就算你不住這裡也可以報名，這個團能帶你了解很多這個地方的建築，食物，歷史等等非常值得參加。

Spyro’s walking tour was amazing! Went into it reluctantly seeing it was around 4 hours, but this was no issue as Spyro is so lovely and passionate about Genova it made the time fly by. He showed us some local food, history and the spots that you usually wouldn’t venture on your own looking around. Which helped change your perspective about the city. Couldn’t recommend this anymore and I say it is a great thing to do on your trip. Thank you Spyro

I enjoyed my stay here, it was basically in the heart of Genova; close to many pubs and restaurants; close to Saint Lorenzo Cathedral; within walking distance of the main train station; and the staff were friendly. I would stay again if I revisit Genova.

We arrived at OStellin genoa late, however were welcomed with open arms. We were given a tour upon arrival which I think is a really really nice touch. So personal. The buildIng confused me at first. It is very old and it does look abandoned until the second floor (hostel entrance).I think this added to the mystique. I felt as though I was living in the servants quarters of a wealthy palace. In a Good way! Bedroom was fine, I would have preferred curtains. There was a bit of noise regarding construction being done outside. I did not love this, however it is not the hostels fault. The kitchen was amazing. Free juice! I loved that! Also free milk and cereal etc. People were very nice and social. Would suit a solo traveller or a group! The sink and toilets were not in the room. Two toilets are also showers so I had to wait ten minutes to pee at one point! Staff were so friendly and helpful. They provide locks if you need one. Would recommend. A very vibrant place with vibrant people.

The tour is the best thing we have done in our 3 months of Europe travel. There is honestly no point coming to Genoa unless you do Spyro's walking tour! Don't be deterred by the long duration, he has enough energy and charisma to entertain you for hours on end. Genoa is one of our favourite city's purely because we have learnt so much about its history and culture from this tour!

J'ai séjourné avec un ami dans une chambre privée, nous avons trouvé une punaise de lit le soir même sur la table de nuit, puis j'ai été piquée pendant la nuit. Les gérants ne nous ont pas offert de remboursement, seulement un changement de chambre pour notre deuxième nuit. Nous avons dû payer pour que l'on s'occupe de nos affaires une fois que nous avons quitté l'auberge. Nous avons également trouvé une mue de punaise de lit dans la chambre, ce qui signifie qu'il n'y en avait pas qu'une seule.
