Natur & Spa Hotel Lärchenhof

We returned here after 13 years after a heavenly stay as a couple.. this time as a family of 7. Small children, complicated dietary requirements: lactose free, multiple allergies, poultry only… the team at Lärchenhof has again surpassed expectations. Every single member of staff were professional, warm, welcoming and eager to satisfy customer needs. This is where they excelled: - The Chef worked tirelessly to deliver delicious dishes for everyone (instead of a quick put -together meal). His creations look like amazing gourmet meals you see on food shows. But also the taste of every meal showed they were made from the heart. - The Chef and the waiting staff (everyone) we’re amazing because of the serious attitude they took towards severe allergies, they knew their ingredients and provided reassurance and confidence. Special mention to Luigi, Managers Lucas and Nicole - Reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful to all requests - Treatment at the spa by Ramji and other staff provided wellness /relaxation including children massage - Cleaning staff work hard and the place is spotless from rooms, to public areas and the pool. Beds are made a little differently as a special touch. One of the ladies also played rotary telephone with the children even if they don’t speak the same language. - Felt like a personalised stay and we know we will again come in the future. Well done Marcati group… as businesses get bigger, the service tends to be geared towards mass tourism but you have managed to retain the boutique hotel feel even as your business grew.

I've spend 5 day golf holiday in the hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is very friendly. The Kitchen and the menu are amazing. Very creative and various. The list of wines is also rich. The staff is very friendly and competent. They really made the difference. The location is also good. You can walk to the center or start hikes form there.

Great hotel; we were a family of 4 in a Jr Suite, perfect, comfortable, the view was awesome.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel for our 7 night break, we knew this was something special. Service and Staff - Professional, friendly and could not do enough for us. Room - We had a Chimnea suite and it was exceptional. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. The most comfortable of beds and the view was breathtaking. Overlooking Seefeld and the snow covered mountains. Tea and coffee making facilities provided, along with pleasant toiletries. Food - We opted for half board, which surprisingly included a light lunch of soup, salads and bread, and an afternoon tea of the most delicious cake and pastry offerings. Dinner each evening consisted of a 5 course set menu (7 courses on a Sunday) which was beautifully prepared and presented. The food was very tasty, however not all offered were to our tastes. Not the hotels fault, we have quite basic food preferences. You are allocated a table in the beautifully decorated dining room, which is yours for the duration of your stay, we loved this. Our waitress Natalia was a darling and could not do enough for us. Spa facilities - Unfortunately we could not take advantage of the facilities as I had an eye infection and did not want to risk it. The facilities looked very lovely indeed. Hotel location - Positioned above Seefeld meant the views were breathtaking and the surrounding are very peaceful. Easy walk of about 10 minutes into the town. The town is a beautiful place to shop and take in the Tyrollean atmosphere. We were lucky to be there at the time of the Christmas markets, which is very special indeed. Plenty of bars and restaurants with a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of walks from the village where there is plenty of nature to see. We were lucky to have been in Seefeld during the snow, which made the experience even more magical. Must Do’s - Horse drawn carriage ride; Innsbruck by train; Cable car ride to top of Alps This was one of the most enjoyable holidays we have experienced. We will be back next year x

My worst hotel experience ever. It started with the arrival - receptionists were unfriendly. And this most of the time - from unfriendly to very unfriendly. We got exactly the room we did not want (the same category) Though I called upfront and clarified that this one room is the one we don’t want as it has very low ceilings (e.g. in bathroom shower/bath area it is not possible to stand if person is above 160cm, the bathtub is also very small. Also the room has partially very low ceilings. If they would have honestly told that we might be getting the room we dont want, we would have chosen another hotel. I must admit, we got an alternative offered. For extra charge. Never ever seen something like this.

Great hotel and location. Very unique inside. Would stay again.
