Amazing hotel. Spacious and connecting room. Plenty of eateries to choose from. Walking distance to Tugu Station and Malioboro Street. But twice blackout for a short period. Good spread of breakfast. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back to stay here. Thank you.

It's a really nice hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist was very polite. It is located about 700m walk to the busy Malioboro street. The breakfast spread is wide, and there are 2 options of jamu drinks if you fancy them. Both have their own unique tastes. There is also a small swimming pool at the coffee house. Don't mind going again at any given time.

There are so many things I love about the hotel. I can't wait to drop my genuine feedback here upon checking out from the hotel. 1. We feel welcomed as their guests. Each and every staff is well trained. They are attentive and greet you at every corner of the hotel. 2. I love the scent of lemongrass once entering the lobby. A welcome drink is placed at the lobby. Feel free to drink as many glasses as you want after the heat along the Malioboro street. 3. Clean room with satellite TV programme. 4. Bottles of hand sanitiser are placed in and outside tge lifts. 5. Amazing breakfast spread. The staff who handle food are on facemask at all time. 7. Javanese music and gamelan accompany us while having our breakfast. 8. Many sofa chairs/armchairs at the lobby. This is indeed very thoughtful especially for the elder people and guests from big tour groups who need time to check-in. I spent an hour sitting on the sofa to do my work. No distractions at all. You can choose to sit near to the main entrance, lounge or coffee house. 9. Plenty of wall plugs/electrical sockets. I charged my phone before leaving the hotel at 3pm to airport. The hotel is not big but clean and tidy, and the price is right. There is no TV, but other hotels with TVs do not have channels. So in a hotel like Yogyakarta, as long as it is clean and hygienic and has hot water for bathing, the price is directly proportional to the hotel. Come in You all need slippers, and you can make some simple food in the public area downstairs. You can make your own fried egg, coffee and noodles, which is very convenient. The location is on a small road on the main road of Malioboro. There are snacks downstairs. The main road is right outside. It is very close to everywhere. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

The hotel is right in front of Tugu Station, easy to find food and close to Malioboro, close to the Trans Jogja bus stop, breakfast is complete and delicious, the staff service is also friendly, it's just that it's not very comfortable to get a room with a roof view in the original people's house, it's not really nice even though the room I booked was busines rooms.

so satisfied with the hotel quality, the bed is large, AC is in good condition, clean, piece and comfortable. the service of the front office is so nice and helpful, like realy helpful, they guided us how to pay with trip.com which the price is lower than 2 other platforms that we checked. much lower. thanks trip.com. I don't usually write comment, I am writing this long because I feel grateful to trip.com and the front office of the hotel. there is nothing I can find to complain about this hotel, if you insist maybe if that would be great if there is netflix on the TV, but really I am not complaining, cause I don't come to yogya all the way to watch netflix, it's just, maybe for some families who like to stay and relax in the hotel all day long.

This hotel is just a stone throw away from the train station. If you are a light sleeper, may not be suitable as you will hear train passing by on/off. The sound proofing of the room is not good. From the exterior, the hotel looks well maintained; the interior actually quite dated. You can hear next door neighbour hanging clothes and doors closing and opening. The room is comfortable and clean (as they are not using carpet). The cleanliness in the toilet needs to be improved. Found some ants at the sink but can't find where ants came from. The downside of the shower area is that there is no shower curtain; therefore the floor can be quite wet after shower. The breakfast spread is quite good, with lots of local food. Staff are very polite and welcoming 👍
