Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Gedong Tengen

The staffs in this hotel were very lovely and efficient. The only downside is the hairdryer, it’s provided only upon request and it’s not efficient in drying hair.. let’s just say it took almost 15mins to actually feel like it had warm air coming out.. and it’s at 1300w 😂 I would advice people with thick and long hair like myself to bring your own hairdryer. The shampoo and body wash were not topped up well upon check in, I had to request as there was a shortage in some. Besides these minor issues, bed was comfy and the room was clean :)

The hotel location is great! It is only some walks away from Malioboro street. Morning and night stroll are very nice in this area. Very recommended.

This Ibis unit at Yogyakarta is about 2 stars . Staff are very nice and fast However, while I place the “ do not disturb” sign at my room’s door at night, someone was knocking at it at 10 pm while I was asleep. The person kept knocking and knocking for ten minutes as I refused to answer and open the door. I got tired of being sleep deprived and open the door to check what the matter was all about. As I opened the door, a young ********** lady offered her services in English. ************ in Indonesia is illegal and the hotel gives information about single guests whom, as myself, are in the road working and look forward to a quiet rest . Well, not at the Ibis Yogyakarta I kindly answered the presumable lady “ no thank you”

It's a really nice hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist was very polite. It is located about 700m walk to the busy Malioboro street. The breakfast spread is wide, and there are 2 options of jamu drinks if you fancy them. Both have their own unique tastes. There is also a small swimming pool at the coffee house. Don't mind going again at any given time.

There are so many things I love about the hotel. I can't wait to drop my genuine feedback here upon checking out from the hotel. 1. We feel welcomed as their guests. Each and every staff is well trained. They are attentive and greet you at every corner of the hotel. 2. I love the scent of lemongrass once entering the lobby. A welcome drink is placed at the lobby. Feel free to drink as many glasses as you want after the heat along the Malioboro street. 3. Clean room with satellite TV programme. 4. Bottles of hand sanitiser are placed in and outside tge lifts. 5. Amazing breakfast spread. The staff who handle food are on facemask at all time. 7. Javanese music and gamelan accompany us while having our breakfast. 8. Many sofa chairs/armchairs at the lobby. This is indeed very thoughtful especially for the elder people and guests from big tour groups who need time to check-in. I spent an hour sitting on the sofa to do my work. No distractions at all. You can choose to sit near to the main entrance, lounge or coffee house. 9. Plenty of wall plugs/electrical sockets. I charged my phone before leaving the hotel at 3pm to airport. El Hotel embraces generosity to create memories among their guests. Thank you

The hotel is right in front of Tugu Station, easy to find food and close to Malioboro, close to the Trans Jogja bus stop, breakfast is complete and delicious, the staff service is also friendly, it's just that it's not very comfortable to get a room with a roof view in the original people's house, it's not really nice even though the room I booked was busines rooms.

We have a pleasant stay in the hotel. Location is good, very near to train station and Malioboro Mall is just within 3 minutes walking. Room is clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast has many varieties, Indonesian and continental, and they all taste well. The garden and swimming pool are nice and kids are very happy to play there. We enjoyed our time here!

Food is not available yet, but to find food nearby. To go to the Malioboro location is very close, Calm like your own family.

so satisfied with the hotel quality, the bed is large, AC is in good condition, clean, piece and comfortable. the service of the front office is so nice and helpful, like realy helpful, they guided us how to pay with trip.com which the price is lower than 2 other platforms that we checked. much lower. thanks trip.com. I don't usually write comment, I am writing this long because I feel grateful to trip.com and the front office of the hotel. there is nothing I can find to complain about this hotel, if you insist maybe if that would be great if there is netflix on the TV, but really I am not complaining, cause I don't come to yogya all the way to watch netflix, it's just, maybe for some families who like to stay and relax in the hotel all day long.

Great and strategic location relative close to Malioboro Street. Good food many option. Room quality need to be improved
