Unser Aufenthalt im DoubleTree by Hilton Skopje war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt. Das Hotel ist unglaublich sauber – wirklich jedes Detail, von der Lobby über die Zimmer bis hin zu den öffentlichen Bereichen, ist gepflegt und makellos. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird.
Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen und während des gesamten Aufenthalts hat sich das Team stets darum bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Jeder Wunsch wurde schnell und mit einem Lächeln erfüllt.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal. Es liegt nah zur Stadt, sodass man in wenigen Minuten das Zentrum erreicht. Direkt in der Nähe befindet sich auch Çarşı, das historische Basarviertel, wo man wunderbar bummeln, shoppen und die lokale Küche genießen kann.
Auch die Ausstattung des Hotels lässt keine Wünsche offen: moderne und gemütliche Zimmer, ein hervorragend ausgestatteter Spa- und Fitnessbereich sowie ein exzellentes Frühstücksbuffet mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen.
Alles in allem ist das DoubleTree by Hilton Skopje eine klare Empfehlung – ideal für Familien, Paare oder Geschäftsreisende, die Wert auf Komfort, Freundlichkeit und eine zentrale Lage legen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Horrible, horrible experience. The staff were shockingly rude and dismissive. When I left my luggage with the hotel, there were no tags issued, and absolutely no system in place — guests could freely access and remove any item from the storage area without any security checks. That’s completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one carrying the Hilton name.
Basic amenities were also missing — no cotton buds, no facial tissue — and when I raised this, the staff curtly replied, “This is Hilton, but so what?” That level of indifference and poor training is deeply concerning.
This stay fell far below even the most basic expectations. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking.
