Premier Inn Skipton North (Gargrave)

The hotel is looking dated, the welcome sign on the door has almost peeled away. The room is pretty clean but the bathroom was rusty, black marks and the shower head had black gunk on it with lime scale. The mattress was awful not the normal tempur. It was so soft I could almost feel the base of the bed, it had dipped really bad and no support. I barely slept and my back is in agony. I complained but was told the mattress was new and they were all the same cheaper "silent night" and this was happening through the business. If that's the case I won't use premier inn anymore. The restaurant was nice but drinks were expensive for £3.50 just 330ml of coke. All the staff were really friendly and very helpful.

Not the best Premier Inn I have stayed in a little bit Shabby didn't sleep well on the 2nd night as whoever was in the room upstairs was walking around most of the night and eirly morning also we had food on the first night it was awful so didn't eat there on the 2nd night

Restaurant attached leaves a lot to be desired. Zoe and Annya however? Well what can I say? Absolutely unbelievable staff literally went out of their way for me. I left my car at the wedding venue I attended the night before due to being too tired to drive the short 4 miles back. Zoe took me in her own car to go and get mine. I can't sing their praises enough Annya sorted it all out for me. So sweet kind lovely helpful ladies. I am forever grateful. Absalute asset to the business. Thank you so so so much.

It's a classic premier in in need of a little TLC. The room was clean and staff were helpful. The fixtures and fittings in the hotel and restaurant are tired and need a little spruce up. Plenty of parking and it's about 10 minute drive to Skipton. There's a couole pf places to eat in the village. There's a co-op down the road for breakfast pastries.

The room needed some TLC, stains on the carpet, extractor fan in bathroom not working, shower door hard to open and grime along the bottom of the shower door, light switches not working. The breakfast was great but the dining area was very cold and dirty, again this area could do with a revamp, the staff were excellent, overall stay was very disappointing and will not use Premier Inns again.

Warm friendly staff, place is tired dirty, restaurant bar area run down. This place needs a major refurbishment, mouse traps under bar seating area 🤢 room tired, loose toilet seat, lights faulty, list goes on and on. Thankfully only here for one night. Come on Premier Inn!!!
