The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, Costa Navarino

This year we returned to The Romanos at Costa Navarino for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Every need and every wish is catered for. Thank you Thanasis. All the restaurants are very good, but in particular the breakfast buffet is unbelievable, and Maria and the team never stop helping.

I just had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The location is magnificent with breathtaking sea view. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Dimitris,and Stefanos and Ana from Guest Experience. Ana was very helpful during our stay . We were escorted by buggy to our suite I would like to thank Greg and Theodoros the bell mans who were always friendly and helpful. The suites are very comfortable and very large. The air conditioning works perfectly, even though I'm sensitive to heat. I really appreciated the efficiency. Beautiful confortable fourniture. housekeeping does an excellent job, especially Eleanor. She was very attentive to my preferences and requests. Breakfast at Romanos Resort is truly excellent. We were warmly welcomed by from the breakfast manager Mr Panos and his assistant Vasiliki , very nice young woman very passionate by her job . Ana, one of the waitresses, was also very nice and she really take great care of the guests. During my stay, I had the opportunity to meet the Operations Manager Mr. Panos Prinos He's a very professional person extremely attentive to his guests' needs. He's very engaged to his job and does everything he can, to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. A very nice human being making his job with passion. I also recommend to have a dinner at the Flame restaurant, where we were warmly welcomed from the 2 assistant manager A Big thank you to Lucas Panagiotis Marilena Larissa Mar Spiridula We also appreciated the very professional service from the pool bar and beach restaurant manager : Mr. Giannis Kontolaimos , he is truly dedicated to his job and very professional. The beach is truly pleasant and the beach restaurant serves delicious food. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Yanni, the restaurant manager, and his assistant, Konstantinos. And Ilias Angelos, the beach attendant. There's also a very nice young woman who works as a lifeguard at the pool Her name is Morfoula, she's really friendly, cheerful, and professional. If you want to discover Costa Navarino and the Peloponnese, this is the ideal place for that. highly recommended

Enjoyed a very relaxing, indulgent stay at The Romanos. This was our 3rd visit over recent years and the resort is maintaining the high quality standards of its offering. What really stood out for us this time was the pleasant and efficient service we experienced from all the staff across things like pre-arrival requests, bar service, restaurant bookings and help with travel. The team around the main pool made sure we were always looked after - thank you Giorgis, Bill, Christos, Katerina, Zoe, George and Mr Manos!

We have just spent 4 nights in this little corner of heaven. The resort is beautiful, nothing is an eye sore and everything just gels together. The pools and the beach are excellent. Our room had an infinity pool which made our whole experience extra special and fun. The restaurants throughout the property are all impressive and delicious. We had lunch every day at Barbouni on the beach and had some of the tastiest seafood and salads we’ve had in Greece. Above all, though, what makes Romanos special is the people. From the valet guys who greeted us on our first day, to the receptionists, the buggy drivers, the waiters, the housekeeping staff, pool attendants, beach attendants we have not met a single person we were not impressed by. They are cheery, polite, helpful men and women who sincerely seem to care that we have a good time there. I don’t how Romanos manages this level of consistency but it’s really the secret sauce here and my hat’s off to them. We certainly hope to be back next year.
