從多洛米蒂開車過來，到達的時候已經晚上8點多了，因為週末酒店全住滿了，check in的時候發現前台操作很不專業，訂的是三人房加擁有景觀的頂層雙人房，結果三間房間全部給標間，和酒店的圖片完全不符，溝通了非常久最後才勉強給了原本屬於我們的房間，等折騰完的時候餐廳也沒東西吃了，還得開出酒店吃披薩。 酒店的環境設施很一流，也標註四星，但房間和內部裝修很普通，可能年代久遠了，開電瓶車的意大利小哥很可愛，一路邊哼歌邊開車帶我們去看各種房型，也很吐槽前台的不專業。

Just back from an amazing week at this resort. We stayed in a junior suite, the rooms were very cleaned, cleaned every day with fresh bathroom towels. Room was spacious and so comfortable. The complex is fairly big, the staff, each and everyone of them were amazing, so much hard work went into every single aspect of our stay. We did bed, breakfast and evening meal. Food was 1st class and plentiful. The pool snack bar was incredible too. I want to say a huge thank you for our amazing stay. Only downside was we only spent a week there. The pool is huge and the atmosphere was fabulous. We’ve booked again for next year but for 2 weeks. Cannot wait to return. Thank you team Poiano, Italy you have our hearts 🥰

We had a lovely week in Garda staying at this resort. We have no grumbles or moans at all which is a relief having read some of the reviews before we went. The room was adequate for three of us. We didn't upgrade size or standard and it was fine. Nothing special but we only use it for our clothes and to sleep. We did have a shower and would recommend specifying your preference as some rooms don't have a shower - just a bath. We used the shuttle bus down and up from Garda, and walked a couple of times. The shuttle bus doesn't run for a couple of hours in the afternoons between 1pm and 4pm so we got a taxi - 15 euros but worth it instead of walking uphill! The food was very good and all meals were successful. We didn't mind the booking in system or choosing our choices from the menu. It led to a smooth dinner process as all was sorted before we sat down. Always a fish dish and always a veg dish alongside the meat options. Breakfast was decent - the same every day, but catered for all. The pool is great. Very clean and plenty of space with it being so big. We always got sunbeds and like everyone else used the hotel towels. The pool was cold as it is unheated but it was a welcome relief from the 30 plus degrees every day. I wouldn't want to get in it if it wasn't baking outside! All the staff were helpful and answered any questions or queries. We used the bus to get to Verona and the ferry boats to visit some of the other locations on the lake. All lovely days out. A great holiday and would recommend.

We stayed self catering. We had a 2 bed apartment with lake view. Apartment was spacious and the view was amazing. Pool is big and plenty of sunbeds. Nice grounds to go for a walk. A bit of a distance from the centre, shuttle bus was good but doesn’t run in the afternoon. Special shout out to Luigi the lovely friendly barman. We’ve already booked to go back later this year

We are staying for 18 nights with Jet2. The hotel is perfectly located. The free shuttle bus to Garda which starts are 9am is really appreciated. Though, if you are hoping to get to all the tourist sites early in the morning then you'll need to walk the 2.5km to the local bus station (about 40mins) as twice we were told by the hotel that it is impossible to get a taxi in the morning. But once you are in Garda town you can easily get the bus to Verona and to the Cable Car at Malcesine or the boat to Sirmeone. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming and attentive. We (a family of four) are all vegan and they went out of their way to cater for us. You choose your dinner for the following the day via a printed form. Sometimes there is only 1 vegan option (a starter or a main)… and so thought we wouldn't get 2 courses.... but they always found something new to serve. Most meals were exceptional.. just a couple missed the mark. I found some of the main courses to be small.. and so I got extra salad buffet. I have to thank Carlos who even added a vegan dessert to our menus during the second week when I pointed out that we could only eat the fruit! Live musicians keep you entertained whilst you enjoy the meal and relax in the bar. The performers have been suitable chosen for the atmosphere. We benefitted from signing up to the hotel Sports Card. It was great value. We got to do Yoga and Golf Practise twice and will be doing tennis later in the holiday. The family have enjoyed using the gym. Nick who runs the gym and does the yoga can only be described as a mystical hippy.. His yoga instructions are spot on (even for a newbie like me). The Olympic size pool is well used by visiting professionals but there are times when you can also use the lanes or just mess about in the other half of it. There are plenty of sunbeds. Other activities are offered for free each day; such as Aqua-gym and Water Polos. I tried the Archery. Food is available by the pool, though limited vegan options. My only gripe is the noise of the music by the pool. It is so loud and incessant that after a few times visiting I decided not to go back. For me it is just not possible to read a book whilst being subjected to American or Italian ******** rap! etc. A few quiet hours would be appreciated. Thankfully, my room has a patio with a couple of sunbeds and so have been able to retreat there or to the beach. The rooms are kept really clean. Bathroom towels are changed frequently too. I wish they had the option to change the Yellow Pool towel if you are staying longer than a week. Presently it is not possibly without incurring a small fee.
