The only room offered had no lock. The TV was broken and the room dirty. When I asked for another room I was told there is no other. Anyone could have come in to the room so could not go the bathroom or use the showers without risk of someone stealing.
There was a drunk outside the hotel all night next to the car park and no attempt by staff to move him (maybe a guest but looked homeless).
Avoid even for a quick overnight stay.

The toilet and bathroom are outside the room. There is common use with other customers. Wifi is bad. Double rooms are very small and difficult to use. The people at the reception do not speak English.

Hôtel à fuir totalement et pas du tout adapté pour une famille de 4. Nous sommes arrivés tard dans cet hôtel. J’avais réservé une chambre triple, car dans tous les hôtels que nous faisons le bébé n’est jamais pris en compte ( nous sommes un couple avec 1 enfant et 1 bébé) . Or ils n’ont pas accepté qu’on dorme à 4 dans une chambre, mais n’ont pas de chambre pour une famille de 4 dans cet hôtel. Donc ils sont venus taper à notre porte au bout de 20 minutes, au passage ça a réveillé nos deux enfants pour nous faire prendre une 2eme chambre. Une honte je n’ai jamais vu ça!! Au final nous avons payé 103€ pour 4, pour un F1 avec les sanitaires communs, et les WC dans un état pas possible!!!

Il fût un temps où cet hôtel savait accueillir ses clients. Aujourd'hui, il n'y a que le prix qui est intéressant. Cela a très mal vieilli. Les WC sont sales, les chambres pareil et la douche pas très propre non plus. Il traine une odeur de pipi de chat dans les couloirs. Le lit est peu confortable et la chambre aurait eu besoin d'un bon coup de ménage supplémentaire. Il y a visiblement des gens qui vivent dans l'hôtel et le comble est c'est eux qui ont été les plus bruyants avec notamment deux gros chiens pas sympathique et aboyant. Je pense que ct la dernière fois que je mettais les pieds dans cet établissement.

Bon accueil, le personnel est sympathique et de bonne humeur. Je viens à cet hôtel de gap chaque année pour le rallye et j ai jamais été déçu pour l accueil. L hôtel en lui même est en plutôt bon état. Juste la TV que je n' ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner mais c est n était pas important. Rdv l année prochaine.

Hôtel pratique car à l entrée de Gap ..Très bon accueil mais juste pour dormir une nuit car la propreté est à améliorer..Dans le couloir les douches sont mal réglées, très mauvaise pression... soit brûlant soit glacial...toilettes propreté moyenne...et dans la chambre couverture tachée et trouée par des trous de cigarette... mauvaise odeur à l entrée... pour le prix payé ç est à la limite acceptable...
