房間寬敞舒適，床品舒適度還可以，被子有點厚。窗外可以看到雪山和雅礱江濕地公園，風景不錯。早餐還可以，雞湯米線味道不錯。缺點是衞生間排風扇是壞的，來修説沒有替換的設備。這個排風扇還是挺重要的，酒店難道不應該準備好庫存備件嗎？排風扇又不貴，反映出酒店管理有問題。另外地面清理應該沒有使用吸塵器，鋪地毯的酒店不用吸塵器打掃的話，檔次就低了。隔音稍差，早晨會被走廊裏的關門聲、説話聲吵醒。

We have travelled China for 2 months and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Newly furnished, clean, spacious rooms with super comfy beds, heated floor so nice and cosy. Good sound insulation. Very friendly helpful reception and cleaning staff. Lamu was always available to help at the front desk. We will be coming back!!

酒店有個小院子，房間也不錯。唯一就是洗手盆的冷熱水標反了，害我放了好久的水；而且酒店WiFi密碼過於複雜，建議改為八個8。因為是藏區，所以需要自己帶着日常用品（不是這一家，這一片都是這樣。不過反正跑川西也是開車，能帶的都帶上，有備無患）。名宿有專門停車的地方，技術不行的話，老闆的弟弟還可以幫忙倒車，很不錯。

Because of the off-season, the boss also let me soak in the hot springs in the villa area for free. The faint sulfur smell is particularly comfortable. The hotel is next to 317, surrounded by snow-capped mountains, not far from Garze County and Xinlong Hongshan Scenic Area. This is the most beautiful and comfortable hotel we have stayed in during our ten-day trip to western Sichuan. The restaurant here is also good, the breakfast is rich, and the dinner has Cantonese specialties, which is very comfortable to change from the light taste. The guy at the front desk is also very warm and thoughtful!

I chose Futianhai Holiday Hotel in Ganzi County for my last trip. The experience is superb and I must like it! The hotel's service is excellent, the staff is warm and thoughtful, always with a sincere smile, making people feel like spring breeze. Whether checking in or seeking help during the stay, they responded quickly and solved the problem efficiently. Every corner of the room was cleaned, the beds were neat and tidy, and the bathroom had no water stains or odor, which fully met my high standards of hygiene. The facilities and equipment are even more complete, especially worth mentioning is the washing machine and dryer on the first floor, which provides great convenience for the laundry needs of busy work every day. And the staff will take the initiative to help ensure that we can use it smoothly, which is really intimate. This hotel is highly recommended for all travelers!

The room was clean and the snow-capped mountains could be seen in bed. We came from Daoqi, because the altitude here is higher and dry than Daoqi County, so we asked the front desk for a few more bottles of drinking water, and went to the hot springs at night, and felt more relieved. The breakfast provided by the hotel is relatively simple, there is no problem with eating, and the dishes are slightly salty.
