It is troublesome to go up from the underground parking lot and then go to the hotel. There is no obvious entrance and exit sign in the park. It took a long time. It was dark at 7 o'clock on the night of our stay, and it was raining. It was not very convenient to carry luggage. RRomiEverything was more than perfect. The staff were so kind and helpful. The food was delicious. They invited me for tea several times, which was also great. They treated me like family even though we had only just met. If I go back I will 100% be staying with the same people. The room was perfect too. Clean, convenient location, good amenities. But the real highlight is the people running it. 一切都不仅仅是完美的。 工作人员非常友善和乐于助人。 食物很美味。 他们多次邀请我喝茶，这也很棒。 他们对待我就像家人一样对待我。 如果我回去，我将 100% 留在同一个人身边。 房间也很完美。 干净，方便的位置，良好的设施。 但真正的亮点是运行它的人。

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to the Mixc, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel has an underground parking lot. The front desk is on the 55th floor. The service attitude is very good. We upgraded the room. Breakfast is also on the 55th floor. The view is wide and the Central Park is next to it. The only thing is that the carpet is dark in color and it feels unclean when you first enter the room. In fact, if the carpet of the hotel cannot be kept clean, it is better to use the floor. The breakfast is average, but the price is also suitable.

GGuest UserExcellent staff. Touched by the effort taken to write a bilingual note with gift fruit bowl. Also, very courteous clearing staff at breakfast. Room was spacious but decor a bit past its best and some of the electric sockets were not working.
Drawback for me as a non smoker was the smell of smoke was pervasive throughout the hotel. I was also curious about the choice of the Yuanming yuan plundered heads for decor, as possibly can send mixed messages.

The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. Location : It is near the bus station. I took a bullet train from Hong Kong and took a bus from the train station. It costs 6 rmb.
One negative is the entrance of the hotel is not facing the street. It is inside an entrance to a parking lot . There isn’t any signs or arrows. I asked a few and finally one lady knew and told me. The others 3 simply said in that direction or around the corner.
The front desk was well staff. There were 2 persons there.
They were polite and helpful.
The room is brightly lit. It is big. It has separate shower and toilet stall. It even has a bottle that labels ‘clothing washing detergent ‘. The sofa is very nice and soft. The view from the room is not good but I am fine with it. There are 4 elevators. 2 of which only go up to the 3rd floor.
The check out is an unheard of 2 pm. It is like 1 in 1000 hotels that I have stayed in that has such a late check out time.
The breakfast is quite good with noodles, vegetables, buns, fresh grinder coffee, cakes and fruit.
In summary for the price that I paid it has good value. I definitely recommend it .

FFollowPattyToI actually booked another hotel from the beginning but something happened and the customer service team helped me switch to this hotel instead. If you are on a road trip, this hotel is perfect for you. I do love the fact that there is a supermarket right below the hotel lobby and you can pre order coffee from the Starbucks right beside the hotel. Breakfast got a good selection but seating is limited.

During the Easter holiday, there was an exam in Xuzhou, so the price of the room increased a lot, the bathroom was a bit small, and the morning was just average. All in all a satisfactory stay.

You need to turn on all the hot water to take a shower, otherwise it won't be hot enough. The amount of water in the shower is not urgent, but it's okay. The wifi is not stable enough, sometimes fast and sometimes slow. The air conditioning filter was dirty. I removed it and cleaned it myself. The heating effect was good and there was less dust. The three people in the family room were given two bottles of pure water, but there was an electric kettle to boil water. There is free breakfast with rich varieties. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high, not bad!
