From check-in to breakfast to check out, the staff and service were efficient and polite. I was quite charmed by the note left with the complementary fruit. The hotel is one block away from a mall, and the neighbourhood was quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was big and changed each morning, although always with spicy Jiangxi options.

Excellent staff. Touched by the effort taken to write a bilingual note with gift fruit bowl. Also, very courteous clearing staff at breakfast. Room was spacious but decor a bit past its best and some of the electric sockets were not working. Drawback for me as a non smoker was the smell of smoke was pervasive throughout the hotel. I was also curious about the choice of the Yuanming yuan plundered heads for decor, as possibly can send mixed messages.

非常完美的一次大冤種入住體驗！設施老舊、房間昏暗、環境差，但又貴！五百多一晚的房費住這樣的酒店，踏入社會這麼多年真是頭一回，從進車庫閘機開始： 1、地下停車庫是毛坯的，地下室大堂臟兮兮亂糟糟 2、到大堂辦入住，一層大堂是和其他酒店共用的。 3、共計21層的客房，電梯就三部，電梯無須刷卡隨便乘坐，不安全且混亂。 4、電梯燈光昏暗，手機拍照都能喚起夜景模式的那種程度。 5、樓層公區燈光過於昏暗，公區走道牆布臟且破。 6、房間門鎖及門鈴破舊不堪，門鎖無法反鎖，且無鏈條等其他防範措施，電梯無須刷卡的情況下毫無安全可言。 7、房間內燈光昏暗，所有照明均倚靠少的可憐的幾個筒燈，晚上想開箱子找個衣服還得手機打燈。 8、房內燈光控制邏輯混亂，照明設施破舊不堪。 9、房內牆布、天花臟且破，結合昏暗的燈光，直接對該酒店的衞生情況毫無信任。 10、房內無地毯，仿木地板老舊，踩着嘎吱作響，樓上高跟鞋聲音直接傳到我房內。 11、衞浴設施老舊，馬桶甚至直接可見莫名臟污。馬桶圈都是活動不穩的，不敢坐。 12、早餐餐廳看上去挺唬人，但內容單一、質量很一般，且餐廳的照明也很昏暗，諾大一個餐廳，照明全用筒燈，誰教的這是？ 13、入住的當日人很多，所以次日早餐人居多，以至於座位不足、服務人員不足、取餐靠搶，我家人甚至是站着吃完的。以上的這些，在我這次入住之前我無法想象是發生在贛州五百多一晚的酒店，五百多一晚，在一線城市也不至於需要住的這麼將就，不太瞭解贛州的消費水平，但就此一項已令我驚訝。以下為部分照片。

非常滿意的酒店，首先，前台接待的帥哥服務很好，主動給我們升級了房型，其次房間很大，還有歡迎水果，還給我們贈送了小童早餐，早餐種類很豐富，我們是臨時落腳遠了這個酒店，沒想到很驚喜，超出意料，如果下次有機會再來贛州，還會入住這家～

一進酒店，大堂的裝修盡顯奢華又不失優雅，工作人員熱情地迎接，那親切的笑容和主動幫忙拿行李的舉動，瞬間讓人有了回家的感覺。辦理入住手續高效便捷，前台耐心解答各種疑問，還貼心地給出周邊遊玩、美食的建議。房間更是讓人驚艷，佈置得十分温馨舒適，床品柔軟乾淨，躺上去一天的疲憊都消散了。設施一應俱全，從高品質的洗浴用品到智能化的電器設備，每一處細節都彰顯着酒店對住客的用心。酒店的餐飲也值得稱讚，早餐種類豐富，中西式結合，味道超棒，滿足了不同的口味需求。衞生方面更是無可挑剔，各個角落都一塵不染，公共區域也時刻保持整潔清爽。另外，酒店的配套設施如健身房、游泳池等也都很棒，環境好，使用起來特別舒心。總之，這家酒店從服務到硬件設施都堪稱一流，下次出行還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏

住了這麼多酒店第一次讓我想評論的酒店，[愉快]一走進來非常舒服，前台接待大方，態度温和服務優秀，到了房間環境乾淨整潔，光線充足視野開闊，剛好和朋友家人玩了一天想一個找個酒店休息，沒想到被我找到了這麼一家寶藏酒店，去前台一問沒想到還是家10年老店，房間設施設備也很齊全，還有茶包咖啡 ☕️，大床軟硬適中很舒服，二樓餐廳的味道也不錯，給我感覺很舒服，值得體驗的一家寶藏酒店[得意]
