The location is good and easily accessible. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are perfectly cleaned.
but there is nothing much to do there. No water sports and activities are available except boating. the day we went there, boating was also closed.
The room says Lake View.. but the lake will not be visible from both ground and top floor
if you want to go there just to relax then it is a good place.. As Gopalpur beach does not have many good places to stay, this can be a better option as gopalpur beach is not that far

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. The room was clean and all the fittings were in working condition. However in the toilet the pipe connected at the outlet of the basin was pouring water on the floor. This could be rectified.
The restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed all our meals. The staff were very helpful.
The place is very close to Tampara lake and easily accessible from Chhatrapur station by auto.

As per description, property is not as lake side view.. all rooms are near to lake but no view towards it.. if you have booked for some specific occasion then it will spoil as per the thoughts you have in mind.. so it’s a simple room kind of it..
