Had a pleasant time at tempo heritage. This property was recommended by a fried of mine. Best hotel to stay in gangtok. Will definitely recommend my friends and family if they visit sikkim. Thankyou for your kind hospitality and best of luck!

Overall good experience Enjoyed the hospitality. Room was clean but little small but was good, Room service was fast and good, staff very polite and very cooperative only breakfast buffet items were very less. If we require paratha instead of puri it is chargeable. Improve on this. Value for money hotel overall .

Had visited the hotel just a week ago and to be honest the hotel is very nicely located just 1km from mg marg , its near white hall. u can even walk down to the market just 17 mins it took us .cabs charge Rs20 per head . The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful loved the view from the room that was 403 , if you ask me the hotel should be up there in the first page or so when searched . it has lots of facilities and seriously the family and kids would love the hotel infact, i shall be referring to my friends as well . Great hotel for greater price . Thanks to mr Gyalsen for assisting the entire package.

We had taken a full package given to us by Mr pema gyaltsen of the hotel ,right from pick up till drop and in between sight seen etc .The Road condition of sikkim is not so good to begin with but as we slowly reached the hotel a sense of peace and calmness ozzes the sourrounding of the hotel premise , being a meditator myself I enjoy peaceful places and this was one of the finest place to be ,Sikkim is unique compared to rest of India everything was lovely the food, service and location of the hotel was just fantastic . Definitely deserves a review as I was called by the hotel they said ( follow up ) and they had asked to give a motivational one. To make matters short its a great place to spend your vacation and have a lovely time

Lovely and peaceful stay. Excellent support from the hotel team in each and every aspect. A true hill experience indeed. Clean, specious rooms with charming view of the mountain from balcony comfortable beds with blower heaters made the stay cozy. There was an intermittent power shutdown in the night, however, it was resolved shortly with the power backup generator which is a must have in a hotel like this ,Food was good and the taste was upto the mark for lunch and dinner. Breakfast options were limited and less but tasty . Mr. Galsen and his team , with ever smiling gesture had been a great addition to their team. Our short trip for the year end was made memorable with this wholesome experience at The Tempo Heritage Resort Spa Gangtok

Tempo Heritage Resort Gangtok View from the rooms are awesome , bar n restaurant is amazing. Food tasted nice. The basic ammenities like toiletries were good. The staff behavior has been very courteous and helpful. The rooms had fan though air-conditioning is not required. The Spa was operational and some discount which my friends did . The layout of the property is like hidden gem and common areas are well lit. There is no justification for a 4 star rating. I suggest, portals like Trip Advisor should make this type of hotel stand out instead of bakwas ones .I had booked a super deluxe Room with mountain view based on the photo and was a bit sceptical but honestly it's same to same as shown . Shout out really needed for this hotel . Tempo Heritage Resort best in its class plus very affordable price .

The hotel is a hidden gem as I often travel frm Darjeeling to gangtok i have stayed in many hotels but this hotel with this rate that it offers is a total value for money. Food was ok type but the atmosphere and peaceful location is a great 1. Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights on January 2025. Guest name saurav dey.

The Hotel was good but the staffs should wear formal uniform as it reflects a lot, since I'm also in hospitality industry I know a thing or two. Apart from that my daughter really enjoyed the table tennis game n kids zone area. Need to work a but on service and staffs should be smiling and greeting the guest which was not there apart from that it's a really good hotel to stay. Thank u for reminding us to write as I was busy with my work hence I definitely refer this hotel
