I have stayed in this hotel few days back and I would like to thanks to all the staff of this hotel because they all are very courteous and warm.Also I want to mention some of the staff names likes Dhruv,Santosh from Housekeeping,Amrish,Priyansh,Sukanya,Safura from the reception desk - they all were very hospitable and felt like family members of mine. Thank you again and I will visit this hotel again to see you all

The best Gujarati thali we have had so far. We want to thank the Chef Mr. Laxman & Mr. Nisit for serving & taking good care of us. We really enjoyed the variety of vegetables, siders & sweet dishes. We would highly recommend this place. Exceptional food and warm hospitality makes a place to go for!!

Loved the short stay. Warm hospitality with positive staff, delicious food in rhe restaurant and a comfortable room....it is a good business hotel in Gandhinagar. The accessibility from the airport is an issue but Ola and Uber make it up for a Rs 200-250 ride. Overall a good experience

This is my first time in Gujrat i search online and came here. The service here is excellent.server was attantive. The entire staff worked seamless together to creat a seemless dining experience. I am really thank to Jishan tania and Dhannajay . We would come back to enjoy the hospitality and food.

Great food, Friendly staff, value for money, hygienic and spacious rooms. Really enjoyed the place. It has good ambiance and lots of amenities like gymnasium and spa. It was enjoyable to stay here also it is very safe place and close to various things in gandhinagar.

Food at Prasang Restaurant was Nice. But still needs little minor improvements in menu. Kudos to Chef Dinesh Giri Goswami, Tania, Jisan & Nisit for the Exceptionally good service. Keep it up. Quality of food is top notch and we enjoyed the Hospitality here

Very nice staff. Rooms are clean. High class food. Super hospitality. Had visited in 2019 & have found same pleasure to stay. Will highly recomend to try this place. Special mention about Arshad, Amrish & Safura. Thanks all for a pleasant stay.

We regularly visit Gandhinagar for Work and we always choose to stay in this property. The staff here is very very good and hospitable and we always have a great great stay just because of the staff over here. Just wanted to mention few names namely Swati, Biltu, Amrish, Sakura, Sukanya, Priyansh, Arshad and Dhruv. They all are always on their toes to make our experience a memorable one. Best Hotel in Gandhinagar! I stayed here for 20 days. There is something about ITC hotel and how they train their Staff. Excellent customer support. Special mention for Tania, Sagar, Akshita for taking special care during buffets! They would know what my preferences are and would recommend me food. Rooms are well kept and Cleaning staff is also very good. The people there make a lot of difference. Pls. Keep up the good work

Beautiful surrounding atmosphere,great staff, friendly and helpful receptionists specially Amrish Priyansh,sukanya, Safura,arshad ,dhruv. everything about the hotel was exceptional.food was good and value for money . Housekeeping staff were attentive Anjali . pleased with my stay.

House keeping was very good and excellent. STAFF Raja was helpful and rooms and bathroom are good maintained. Food was good and excellent. Very good to stay. Very excellent person excellent atmosphere but charges are high. Good for the international travelers
