The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door specialy khalid from f&b service..They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed. It is a lovely hotel with a beautiful restaurant. Amiable staff. The hotel is full of great art and elegant décor—just a charming place.

We had dinner at the restaurant after seeing the good reviews and views (we were staying at the Sheraton nearby for 2 days so thought it trying a new place for a meal). The tomato basil soup was tasteless. Pizza was rubbery and appeared to be low grade processed cheese. The cottage cheese steak took almost an hour to arrive (about 30 mins after we finished the pizza) and about 3 seconds before we almost got up to leave after our patient ran out. But wait, therez more.. My wife fell ill with an atrocious stomach pain which appeared to be only a food infection/poisoning case. After 2 days of medicines shez better, but it spoiled an entire day and a half of our trip. Probably the tomato basil soup was the culprit ! We ll never know. What we do know is that this place was a horrible experience and I hope radisson takes measures to protect its name..

I visited in the 1st week of April with family and the location of the hotel is excellent and Rooms were with view and very clean . staff at restaurant is also very cordial and the team at restaurant Khalid,Javed ,Waheed were also very helpful.
