Family celebration very central clean . Staff very pleasant. Bar restaurant and tea coffee in room love guest lounge on first floor

Another great stay at the Imperial hotel. Staff were excellent as always and we enjoyed a very tasty breakfast. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Location is the best! The Imperial is one of our favourite hotels and we can't wait to return again!

We stayed in the Imperial hotel as a group of 3 life long friends. We were due to stay for 2 nights but had to change our plans due to a red weather warning.It would be hard to find fault with this hotel. Even though we arrived early, we were able to check into our hotel rooms. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet.All the staff are so friendly and welcoming with time to chat to guests.The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city.Beds are comfortable and lots of fluffy towels and hot water. Breakfast was really nice and tasty.Unfortunately we had to go cut our visit short due to extreme weather warnings. When we spoke to Leona about our dilemma this morning, she immediately re imbursed us without question or difficulty. This was much appreciated. We will return to this hotel to complete our un finished trip to Galway .Many people in the hospitality industry in Ireland, could learn a lot from how the staff carry out their work at the Imperial Hotel, Galway. We can't wait to visit again.

This hotel is a gem. I booked it for 3 people sharing and was limited in Galway for this time of year. The room was so spacious and exceeded my expectation. The staff couldnt have been friendlier and considering the location with a big wheel and carousel from the Christmas market outside its front door, we couldnt hear a thing in our room. Will definitely return to this great value hotel.

The hotel is very well located in Eyre square in yhe hearth of Galway. Rooms are large and confortable but the decor is a bit old. The shpwer was not working perfectly. Veru good irish breakfast. Pankakes were delicious.Not many choices for continental breakfast. Kind staff.

Lovely hotel; very comfortable and spacious room with lots of amenities including a mini fridge, a lift (not always found in UK/Ireland!), even a welcome gift of chocolates! Staff is extremely nice and helpful, allowing us to check out a little later as we had a later train. Location is within walking distance of the train station, most restaurants/bars, and the Aran Sweater market. Can be a little noisy at night as it's right on Eyre Square, but overall one of our favorite hotels of the trip.
