I recently stayed at the Radisson Red Galway and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, vibrant, and perfectly located for exploring the city. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was clean, stylish, and super comfortable. Loved the overall energy and design of the place—would definitely stay again!

Great visit thanks to Carla. We accidentally cancelled our booking & Carla rectified it for us. We arrived& our room wasn’t ready just yet. We had a drink in the bar which was huge, modern & had 2 big tv’s perfect for watching the match. The staff there were attentive & friendly. After an hour we checked in with Reception to see if the room was ready, it wasn’t & we then received an upgrade to a King room with a city view. It was a beautiful room with a big bathroom, the shower was powerful & we had complementary toiletries. The bed was huge & very comfortable. The only fault I can think of is that it was €16 in a taxi to Eyre Square. I’m sure there is probably a bus nearby which we would’ve used. The parking also has free parking which many of the other hotels in Galway do not offer. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, the staff are all so friendly & professional & we really appreciated Carla’s help.

Had a fantastic stay at this lovely new hotel. The service was absolutely brilliant, friendly, professional, and flawless from start to finish. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, sleek yet cosy, with all the basic amenities provided. Breakfast was simple and could have had a few more vegetarian choices. The location was easy to find, with convenient parking as well. All in all, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel is state of the art, very nice efficient, friendly staff. Very clean. I would like to ask the hotel to review their access to the hotel and floors as it is very awkward trying to open a door to get in with hand full. I thought there would be automatically opened doors but there weren't. This also applies within the hotel as we had to go through 2 dates of double doors to access rooms

Staff was very helpful and service oriented. This is a typical Radisson Red set up (corporate chain meets pseudo boutique) and a new hotel. Reasonably priced for the Irish market. Free indoor parking is a bonus. The hotel restaurant on the top floor also looks better than expected; we may eat there later in our stay. But the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and the location feels like a recent construction site in the commercial outskirts of town. The hotel has no soul (time will tell if it can develop one over time, if the area evolves). Building management and structural issues also exist — including intense sewage smell coming through the drains. We had to move rooms after the smell intensified to putrid levels. The hotel staff was very accommodating and promptly moved us, but such systemic issues need to be addressed. We can’t give more than 3 stars given the issues above. Not bad but average overall.

Love Radisson. Used them all over the country and overseas. However This one is in an industrial estate. My “City View” was of a container depot and factory rooftops. I didn’t even get to see the sea. I did not receive my upgrade as a vip. Apart from that the staff were fantastic (as they always are at Radisson ) food beautiful.

Great hotel in ideal location.lovely rooms and staff helpful but can be but slow when ordering at the bar. I thought there would be a gym but apparently in development.Overall excellent hotel.

My self and my wife traveled with friends for the weekend hotel was fabulous staff very friendly food excellent and a extra thanks to Iva for all her help with sorting out the trip for us she was very helpful all of us had a great time we will definitely be back again soon
