Tres bon séjour !

The only positive thing about this hotel is the distance from the city centre and the pool. It needs an urgent makeover. The staff at the reception needs to be updated. We asked information about transport and weren't able to help. When I asked them if they could check on the Internet they said WE CANNOT. And to top it all up the girl behind the reception counter even exclaimed CHE PAZZIENZA!!! When we talked to the manager he said MAYBE SHE HAD A BAD DAY. Not professional at all

Arrived after a long and hot bike trip for 6+ hours. Hotel was located in the middle of a cross-roads and therefore noisy even on 5.th floor. AC was not turned on (usual excuse, not hot enough.. Well 28-30 degrees for a week is hot enough for me). Due to traffic noise it was not possible to keep the door open so sleep was really poor. It it is not echonomially viable to keep the AC on with 30 deg. C they should seriously consider closing until high-season. Breakfast was not impressive and breakfast room looked like a 60s sanatorium.

Eèn keer MAAR NOOIT MEER want het personeel is NIET VRIEDELIJK JE MOET DE REKENING GOED CONTROLEREN ANDERS WORDT JE AFGEZET !! niet alleen bij ons maar ook bij onze mede reisgenoten. De kamers waren oké MAAR DE AIRCO GAAT ALLEEN AAN ALS JE HET VRAAGT EN DAN NOG OM ZES UUR IN DE AVOND. Het ontbijt was prima maar het diner was matig. Het was ook erg gehorig.

Abbiamo prenotato delle stanze in questo albergo forti del fatto che c'era la piscina coperta in cui poter passare un po' di tempo, prima di prenotare per una SPA completa. Ma, all'arrivo, abbiamo avuto la sorpresa che, con un vento di tramontana incredibile, la piscina era gia' scoperta perchè, secondo un dipendente, la stagione ad Aprile, per loro, era gia' iniziata! Pazienza...Consiglio di non prendere nulla al bar in quanto un amaro ve lo fanno pagare 8 euro. Al momento del check out ci hanno fatto pagare le bottiglie di vino prese durante i pasti che, pero', erano inserite nel menu'. Per il fatto che in stanza avevamo letto quanto costava ( ...prezzi esosi ) quello contenuto nel frigo ( frigo caldo, perchè si attiva la corrente con un loro dispositivo), noi pensavamo fosse compresa ma invece no : 16 euro per un vino, deciso da loro, di scarsissima qualità. Tanto è che , durante la seconda cena, abbiamo domandato al cameriere una seconda bottiglia, ma abbiamo ricevuto la risposta che questa era un extra. Quindi noi eravamo convinti che UNA bottiglia era inclusa. Invece no! Pagare per pagare, portatemi un menu' enologico su cui poter scegliere o scrivere sul menu' '' vino non incluso''. Il receptioner ci ha domandato chi era il cameriere che ci aveva detto che la seconda era extra non ricevendo risposta naturalmente, perchè i camerieri di servizio, com'anche gli addetti alla cucina, sono stati gli unici fiori all'occhiello della struttura.. Mettevi d'accordo, comunque. L'acqua è stata servita in bottiglie poco igieniche, in quanto il boccale era anche sporco. L'acqua, pero', è stata gratis, ma di rubinetto. Pessima esperienza.
