Please do not book this place if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the pool and outdoor areas forget it all the sun loungers were broken the pool was filthy ,so bad you wouldn't get in.if you like a nice cold beer while sitting in the sun forget it they didn't have any,if you want to go to the outdoor bar forget that too was not open it was a storage room for the outdoor cushions this was the beginning of September .he smell from our room was damp and musty ,when we complained and asked for a different room we were told no other rooms were available and they would spray the room with air freshener .we reluctantly stayed that night but when we got up in the morning to find ants in the bed we immediately went to reception and asked for a refund for the 2nd night as there was no way on earth were we going to stay , we spoke to the owner who told us to leave and get out when I told him I wanted a refund and was going to leave an honest review with pictures. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this place .

I had booked a room at that property , with Booking, and the day that i arrived they have cancelled it because they said they couldn’t take the money from my card. i had talked with them a day before to resolve the problem, because i got a notice that they can’t withdraw the money, i asked to give me a different option ( they said i didn’t put the cvc number on the payment, but that option was not available on booking when i tried to pay, the other card details were all there) they said just to update and its ok and the next morning when i had the flight i saw that they have cancelled the room and nothing else could be done! I had no other option because the reservation was made in advance and i had to look for another reservation on the day of the arrival, and all the other options that i liked were all booked so i had to settle with the options left for my vacation because they didn’t care! The stuff did nothing to help me, they just said they can’t do anything for me…the manager i talked to is Francesco and he just said that the payment is automatic and the booking was cancelled…i was looking forward for that option at that property because i didn’t want to stay in the town and thats exactly what happened…i expected solutions for the problem because its not what you expect and prepare for vacation!

I’m reviewing it average as I am reviewing it as a family who stayed there and not a couple. I do feel this should be advertised as a bed and breakfast or guest house and not a hotel so I found the website and images slightly misleading. Firstly, the setting and grounds are beautiful, they are kept very well and you do feel like you are in the middle of nowhere (despite the ants). The room was clean and spacious and decor very tasteful. The breakfast was beautifully presented and staff very friendly. (The breakfast is especially great if you have a sweet tooth). Sadly this was not the hotel for us as a family, we were not aware that food and drink is not served throughout the day and even from 4pm when the bar was open for drinks there was no one around (both guests and staff) so the atmosphere was missing for us. It’s forbidden to bring your own food and drink in (states on the bedroom sign) so the days were a little impossible to relax there. The pool was great and our girls loved it but our baby couldn’t crawl on the floor due to the amount of ants (which wasn’t fault of the owners but we found it very difficult). This hotel is suited more for couples who are looking to get up and leave after breakfast for a day of exploring.

I went to Maison d'Enri with a group of friends and inspite of the rainy weather, we had the most welcoming, luxury experience we could have. From the moment of arrival to the moment of departure we have been cuddled by Carla, the owner, in the most amazing way. Food at breakfast and at dinner was authentic pleasure for our taste buds, wine was unique and the boutique selling dresses and necklaces drove all of us nuts. But what I loved most was the silence, the relaxing atmoshpere and the spectacular smell of trees and flowers. The place is not a hotel as such, but a great combination between a Masseria and a luxury villa and it is where you really get the spirit of a place... but don't tell too many peple, we don't want to get it spoiled by mass tourism.

Had a very pleasant stay in early May at the B@B All the staff were so kind ,helpful and supportive as we had a young baby in our party The B@B is amazing insde and out beautifully decorated and maintained The gardens and pool areas stunning,relaxing With lemon,apple trees all around Its about 30 mins walk to the old city which is lovely and has some amazing restaurants and a nice beach We had a trip to Leece which is well worth a visit to see all the wonderful architecture Many thanks to everyone and hope you have a fabulous season as you deserve it

Les lieux sont superbes. Notre chambre est jolie et suffisamment spacieuse avec une vue sur le parc. Seulement, la climatisation est très bruyante , donc inutilisable la nuit alors qu’il fait encore chaud en cette période. La douche a des parois qui laisse passer l’eau, ce qui inonde partiellement la salle d’eau. Ce sont des problèmes que nous avons signalé et qui visiblement ne date pas d’hier… Évidemment aucun problème n’a été résolu pendant les 3 nuits passées.

Points forts : magnifique jardin, emplacement proche de la ville de gallipoli et de la plage Baia Verde, personnel accueillant et souriant ,bon petit déjeuner, superbe piscine, chambre bien équipée Point faible : certaines chambres au rez-de-chaussée ne sont pas très lumineuses, nous avions une chambre avec une seule porte fenêtre donnant sur un patio sombre,éclairage indispensable toute la journée. Nous avons eu une très belle météo avec donc peu de temps passé dans la chambre et nous avons donc profiter des beaux espaces extérieurs

Ho trascorso in questo splendido luogo più di 2 settimane di vacanze, avendo l’opportunità di alloggiare in tre tipologie di camere diverse. La struttura è splendida, curata in ogni dettaglio, grazie alle persone che vi lavorano. Ho avuto modo di provare tutti i servizi offerti, dalla colazione al mattino, alla piscina, alla cena passando per i massaggi e là beauty; tutti di elevata qualità. La gentilezza ed il sorriso sono un qualcosa che qui alla Mason d’Enri non mancano mai. La cura è la dedizione che la proprietaria ci mette si riflette in ogni cosa, rendendo il soggiorno qui una vera coccola.
