The Jungle Loft Galle

Прекрасное место для отдыха. Чистые просторные номера, вкусный завтрак, шикарные виды, бассейн. Все, что нужно для хорошего и качественного отдыха. В улучшенной вилле есть ванна с видом в джунгли, однозначно рекомендую отдых в отеле!

Very good place and calm, it’s like you are in the jungle. Family friendly with spacious rooms. Very good swimming pool even when it’s raining. It’s warm and not with a lot of chlorine. And very delicious traditional breakfast. It’s new design houses.

The Jungle Loft is one of our favorites from our trip to Sri Lanka. I feel pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and peaceful this place is. The moment we got there, it felt like we were at home. It had a very comfortable, warm, and welcoming energy. We were impressed by the amount of work and thought Indika has put into the Jungle loft, which is visible in every tiny detail of the place. We had the beautiful experience of starting our day early to meditate out in nature followed by some yummy authentic Sri Lankan Breakfast. Chamath, one of the kindest people we have met, looks after the place. He was always around with a smiling face and ready to help us with anything we needed. Indika was flexible with our check-in and check-out timings. Even when we had a last-minute date change, he was cooperative and instantly made arrangements. If you are visiting Sri Lanka and want to stay away from the busy city and beaches, this is the place you need to be.

One of the best hotels on our journey with definitely the best food! We asked Indika to prepare some rice and curry for the day of our arrival which turned out to be the perfect start of our stay. Later we went on a cooking class, where we learn exactly how to make these delicious traditional curries. Also took us on a sightseeing tour with his Oldtimer, got to see the most iconic places of the area around Galle. Very comfortable rooms and apart from complementary breakfast they also offer very tasty snacks and drinks throughout the day for reasonable price.

We had the most wonderful time at the Jungle Loft! Indika, his family and the staff are very welcoming and make you feel at home. His dream is to make the place fully sustainable. During your stay, you will eat only organic food, growing either from the garden or Indika’s land. The place itself is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Many animals come and go, as you read a book just outside of your room. A big shout out to Kitha, who took us on adventure for my birthday. And to Indika and his family for the special Sri Lankan birthday dinner and cake. We will definitely come back! Kind regards, Lisa & Ayleen

Breathtaking little hotel in the middle of the jungle! One of the most impressive hotels on our journey through Sri Lanka! The place has such a relaxing atmosphere, rooms are very comfortable and staff was very kind! Our highlight was definitely the cooking class,learned how to prepare a typical Sri Lankan dinner of many different curries!

Located a short bus ride from Galle city (number 375) this is a beautiful, tranquil hotel! The bungalows give a sense of privacy, overlooking paddy fields and jungle and are beautifully decorated, whilst the hosts were amazing! My boyfriend woke early and the owners provided very early morning coffee for him at a drop of a hat which he drunk whilst watching the monkeys playing in the trees! Walking to and from the bungalows at night, down a dark lane, allowed us to see a night full of fireflies - truly special moments! Breakfast, traditional Sri Lanka including roti, sambol and dahl, was tasty and well-presented! The swimming pool was clean and inviting! I loved the bathroom which was beautiful with a range of unexpected decorations and accessories, and had an outdoor shower! The owners were welcoming with a smile and we had a great chat with the owner about his children and the education system in Sri Lanka (I’m a teacher)! This is beautiful accommodation, maintained to a high standard, off the beaten track (with good transport to the town) in a tranquil setting and gives the opportunity to relax, listen to the wildlife and forget about the world for a while! Had a great 2 night stay - thank you.

Aucun accueil à notre arrivée. Frigidaire défectueux dû à un problème électrique. Chambre de 60 mètres carrés mais 3 meubles qui se battent en duel Pas de ménage dans les chambres, nous avons dû vider nous-mêmes notre poubelle. Pas d’eau chaude le matin. 2 malheureux transats autour d’une piscine très agréable. Possibilité de dîner le soir mais en prévenant la veille : un seul plat local pour 15€ et bonne nuit… Cel ne correspond à ce que nous attendons d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous avons écourté notre séjour au bout de 3 nuits sur les 7 prévues, sans remboursement possible.

Unsere Lieblingsunterkunft während unserer Sri Lanka Reise, sehr friedlich, ruhig und gemütlich, es liegt mitten im Dschungel, sodass man sogar Affen in den Bäumen klettern sehen kann. Trotzdem ist man super schnell in Galle und an allen schönen Stränden in der Umgebung. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und besonders das Abendessen hat uns begeistert! Die Villa is wirklich schön und geräumig, der Pool groß und sauber mit toller Aussicht auf den Dschungel, und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
