This hotel needs a bit of technical work done. The TV date and time are out so no TV guide. The aircon is noisy and not easily changed. The staff are pleasant but unable to fix anything. The place is clean and tidy and quiet. A little bit of work required to make it better.

This is an excellent Travelodge. Our room was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. All of the staff we spoke to were friendly and courteous. We would like to mention Anna, Katy and Rebekah in particular They helped us with all of our queries and provided outstanding 5***** service. We would be very happy to stay in this Travelodge again in future.

I stayed here for three nights on two separate occasions for work. Both times the room was clean, quiet and at a good temperature, the shower weas decent and the bed was comfortable. I dealt with three staff members whilst I was there, all of whom were friendly and helpful, but Ana Torres really stood out as she was extremely helpful in getting some of my property returned to me after I'd left it in the room by accident when checking out. By the time I realised I was hours away, but within a phone call and an email it was sorted and she went above and beyond to get it posted to my house ASAP.

Excellent & great customer service with a nice warm friendly welcome,extremely clean room with a nice comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom and with everything you need for a short stay plus help is always at hand if needed

Great budget hotel. Clean, good bed, good shower. All within the town center. I had stopped in two other more expensive hotels before this one, and this one came top of my ranking.

Excellent stay! Considering this is a Budget Hotel, it offers excellent accommodation, a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep, and is great value for money. The cleanliness of the rooms is outstanding, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. We needed a document printing off and the staff sorted it immediately for us free of charge. Will definitely return when requiring accommodation in the area.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, all in all, it was an excellent stay. The reception staff were very friendly and advised us on parking fees. Provided additional coffee and milk when requested. Thanks all.

Appalling staff members, unprofessional and do not follow correct procedure. No one on reception to greet again! Not the first time. Room freezing and hair on window sills not cleaned properly. Issued raised and was not dealt with in the correct professional manner. No apologies for the customer from staff. Formal complaints put in a raise with head office
