My Way Kite & Surf House

I can’t even begin to describe how disappointed and disgusted I was by this “hotel.” It was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. 1. The staff is constantly high: The staff is completely unprofessional. Almost every time I interacted with someone, they were clearly high or just didn’t care. Any kind of service was a nightmare, and they acted as if working there was the last thing they wanted to do. There was zero friendliness or helpfulness. 2. Dirt, dirt, and more dirt: The entire hotel is in a filthy state. Garbage was everywhere and clearly hadn’t been cleaned up for days. Common areas were disgusting, and the rooms – if you can even call them that – were absolutely vile. I didn’t feel comfortable stepping on the floor without shoes. 3. Cockroaches in the rooms: As if things couldn’t get worse, I was horrified to discover an army of cockroaches in my room on the first night. They were everywhere – crawling on the walls, the bed, and even in my belongings! It was a nightmare. When I reported it to the staff, they just shrugged and didn’t care at all. 4. The rooms are cold, dark, and depressing: The rooms feel more like prison cells than a place to relax. They’re dark, cold, and have no comfort at all. The windows are tiny and barely let in any light, and the heating didn’t work either. I felt like I was sleeping in a bunker. 5. Horrible working conditions for the staff: The worst part was speaking to some of the employees. They told me about the miserable treatment they receive here. Some haven’t been paid for months and are forced to work under inhumane conditions. It was heartbreaking to hear how poorly these people are treated by management. Bottom line: Do not support this company! I wouldn’t recommend staying here for even a minute. Not only are the hygienic conditions horrifying, but the staff is also being exploited. Do not support a business like this! Find another place to stay – your health and conscience will thank you.

It was a very good experience until the last night, when the music in the hotel bar just next to our window played loudly until 1am. When we asked to turn it off at midnight, it was explained to us that it was due to a cod fish festival that was taking place nearby and they couldn't do it before people left the bar. The next four days of the festival are supposed to be the same so luckily we had to leave early. Would not recommend booking this hotel during this festival if you are an early bird and not a party person.

We had such a good stay, it's all we ever want - easy going local people with big hearts and passion. So much passion. And the surf is great, spots to kite even better :) The food is affordable and delicious, the Wi-Fi works perfectly (this I appreciate soooo much), the crew is always ready to help. Thank you guys!

Cosy place, tidy and organized. It's a 1*star hotel, so don't expect fancy arrangements... It's simple and plain, you get the value you pay for. Gentle and available crew for your attendance, ready to explain the workflow of the house. The restaurant serves tasty food and the catering is super affordable...

Passable. OK if youre under 25 and don't mind being woken at 2 in the morning by the staff.... and the season hadn't even started.

Ambiente relajado y agradable. Boniato con las hamburguesas muy rico. Desayuno algo excaso.
