From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Manager Zakir displayed an unprofessional, dismissive, poor, and unwelcoming attitude, in addition to hostile and dismissive behavior instead of providing a welcoming atmosphere, he made our check-in process unnecessarily difficult, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. His lack of courtesy, unwillingness to assist, and complete disregard for basic hospitality standards were shocking, especially considering that we were traveling with little kids who needed some patience and care. He lacked credibility and honesty, openly denying all the documents I provided, even though they were legitimate and clearly outlined the details of our booking.
What was even more shocking was his unethical conduct and threats toward us. When we raised concerns about our reservation, he falsely accused the booking website of being dishonest, which was not only unprofessional but completely inappropriate. Instead of addressing the issue properly, he attempted to shift blame, refused to acknowledge any proof we showed him, and treated us with complete disrespect.
As a manager, Zakir failed in every aspect of hospitality and consternation service. His lack of professionalism, arrogance, and inability, weak, and poor judgment to handle guest concerns with respect made our stay at your hotel a terrible experience. Such behavior is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be a luxury resort.
