飯店地點很好四週都是旅遊景點 公車站就在飯店斜對面出入很方便 福州南站坐83號公交在中亭街下車離飯店只有三四十公尺 缺點就是櫃台小姊姊好像面臭臭的 夜班的小哥哥態度就很好

以前經常住這家酒店的大床房，印象很好，經常給好評，沒想到這一次住了兩天雙床房要被氣死！首先，房間質量問題：剛進去就發現下水道堵了，洗了一下臉發現腳下就一灘水，而且房間的門是壞的，從外面伸手就能輕易把房間打開，如果用力推門，也可以打開。其次，服務態度很差，以前的前台不論是網上還是線下，語氣都很好，熱情且專業，但這兩天的前台明顯不在狀態。8號晚上發現房間下水道堵了之後跟前台反饋，前台並沒有第一時間給解決方案，看到微信狀態顯示對方正在輸入中，然後又沒有發消息過來，很無語，後面就先去洗澡了。等了很久才説要給換房間，然後就敲門説要帶我們換房間，這時候我還在衞生間，我朋友打開門客氣地對前台説不好意思，明天再換房間。當時我們想着都這麼晚了就算了，明天再説。沒想到9號早上9點就有人敲門説要維修，那時候還在睡覺，前台也沒有事先告知要維修，就直接敲門把我們吵醒了。後面換了房間，沒想到還是很離譜，10號早上11點左右保潔阿姨又敲門問需不需要打掃衞生！！！最近都是睡到中午才起床，又被吵醒了，真的是很離譜，很無語，難道不知道突然敲門可能會影響客人休息嗎？怎麼會連這點常識都沒有了嗎？

房間衞生間衹有中間是不透明的 上下是透明的 廁所是可以看見淋浴間的 洗涑台沒有在衞生間裏 開關衹有一個開關可以按 插座會松 可能衹有我那個房間會這樣
