We have been in 2 other countries in asia before, but this was by far our best hotel! We stayed with family and where immediately greeted with a warm cup of tea. We had a lot of questions to begin with and needed a driver for the rest of our trip, and the cordial service manager was so helpful and she even organized an all inclusive driver for us. Also Linda & Ashley from the hotel team helped us to the maximum extend and even stayed in contact with us via wechat, even though we already left Fuzhou, just to make sure that our trip is going smoothly and we can enjoy a great time in beautiful China. It is just excellent and outstanding service! The hotel itself is located directly on the west side of the UNESCO world heritage site of Sanfang Qixiang and when you turn right after exiting the main lobby you enter the site. The hotel is built in the same style and flair of Sanfang Qixiang "The Beverly Hills of China" and has a lot of ambiance and elegance to it. Thanks to the 24/7 reception I was even able to get two ice packs for my swollen foot late at night There is also a coffee machine in the lobby that serves great coffee and tea and infused water and the breakfast is one floor down and has tasty vegetarian buffet. Also in the room you are greated with a tea set and a plate of fresh fruits local to the region. We were even able to send post cards from the hotel reception. Just a stellar experience! If you decide to see the beautiful cultural heritage site, then I can whole-heartedly recommend the San Po Hotel / Sanbaobindi Hotel in Fuzhou!! You will not regret it.

We stayed here for 4 days and it exceeded our expectation. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities, including the complimentary Wi-Fi and well-stocked minibar, were top-notch. The location is perfect – close to major attractions but tucked away enough to provide a quiet retreat after a busy day. I also loved the on-site restaurant, which offered a delicious vegetarian breakfast with a wide variety of options. The customer service was exceptional. The staffs, Ashley (Front Office Manager), Roy Huang(Guest Service Manager) and Eric (Guest Service Manager) went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, from offering personalized recommendations for local sights to accommodating special requests promptly. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a combination of luxury, convenience, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

My wife and I recently spent a few days at the Fuzhou Sanbaobindi Hotel for a much-needed getaway, and it was, without question, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Situated in the heart of Fuzhou’s historic Sanfang Qixiang district, the hotel was the perfect base for exploring the cultural treasures of old Fuzhou—all within easy walking distance, including access to the metro. From the moment we stepped in, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with traditional tea and snacks, and the check-in process was a breeze—under three minutes! Our room overlooked a beautifully manicured Chinese garden and perfectly balanced traditional design with modern comfort. Every detail in the room was spotless, showing a clear respect for the historical architecture. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the level of care and hospitality provided by the staff, especially our guest services manager, Roy Huang. Roy went above and beyond, offering us night snacks and daily desserts and taking time to share insights into Fuzhou’s rich history and culture. Our conversations with him were a true pleasure—learning about the city’s architecture, the hotel’s own story, and even the local tea culture, which he introduced us to with great care and knowledge. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome. Roy’s attention to detail and kindness transformed our stay into something extraordinary. We left Fuzhou with a much deeper appreciation for the city, and it was all thanks to the team at the Sanbaobindi Hotel. If you’re looking for an authentic yet refined stay that captures the spirit of traditional Fuzhou, I couldn’t recommend the Sanbaobindi Hotel highly enough. A heartfelt thank you to Roy and the entire staff for making this trip truly unforgettable.

Excellent service. Great location within SanfangQiXiang if you wish to explore this place since we can’t even finish visiting all the different cultural centres and the shopping in the bustling streets within the huge area in our 3 days 2 nights stay. Breakfast is vegetarian but variety is huge and good. Staff has been so friendly and helpful. They gave us tips about exploring useful apps in China especially for overseas tourists like us. They even helped us book our massage, send detailed instructions to help us navigate and helped me with rejecting my purchases when the delivery came later than I had expected. The whole ambience around the hotel and the room access to the beautifully designed gardens gave us a lasting impression. The warmth of the staff team lingers on and set the standard so high that we inevitably compared with the next hotel we went and can’t help to keep thinking about how much better the staff here has been! Regardless who are on duty, all have been so helpful! Rooms are extremely clean and smells good! Everything looks pretty new and the bed is very comfortable. The pictures provided by the hotel are as good as what we saw and experience!

Hotel is very convenient to sanfang qixiang and dongjiekou shopping streets within walking distance. Attracted by building architecture and chinese cultural aspect. Room is connected to a lovely garden. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Vegetarian breakfast has a good spread.

A very nice cultural hotel with great location. Everything is great. Clean, comfortable and is indeed a unique experience to stay. Kids were very happy with the activities provided by hotel. All the staffs are very helpful as well in helping us navigate the town and helping us book transport for a big group. There are 14 of us and we have great impression of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Fuzhou. A must visit for tourist who wants to experience cultural hotel!

酒店出乎意料的好，超出我的預期。地理位置極佳，在三坊七巷區域內，但是遊人較少的南後街一側。酒店分幾棟庭院，每個庭院景緻各有不同，進到大堂聞到淡淡的木質香，心情瞬間平靜。住的是升級後的大床房，房間寬敞，配有個小陽台，入住時看到茶几上展示的“姓氏起源”讓我驚喜！房間配置的茶葉、水果、飲品小食豐富，酒店的早餐品種豐富，味道鮮美，這是一個去福州可以二刷的酒店。

這次入住體驗很棒，家庭房空間很大，舒適感好。浴室也寬敞，不僅配有浴缸，酒店還貼心準備了泡澡袋、浴鹽和絲瓜巾，細節之處盡顯用心。浴室乾濕分離通風好，洗浴用品是歐舒丹的馬鞭草系列。另外酒店是小園林的設計，一步一景，窗外還能看到庭院曲水，私密性非常好。自助早餐是特色的素齋形式，品種豐富，中西式和福州特色的選擇都有，味道也很不錯。 酒店內的體驗活動也蠻豐富的。管家沁悦和李靖服務細緻入微、熱情周到，根據我們的遊玩需求給到了實用的出行建議。酒店地理位置很好，步行到三坊七巷和地鐵站都很方便。很推薦來福州旅遊入住，既能住的舒適還能體驗特色生活。

因為三寶，福州值得。對酒店控，追到一個孤品般難以被歸類的酒店（也許應該叫做精品酒店），猶如撿到寶。被泉州廈門的光環遮蔽，福州是個存在感比較低的城市，幾次三番擦肩而過。不過，好飯不怕晚，早來幾年，還沒有三寶呢。住進三寶，真的是打開福州最正確的方式。回頭細品，三寶與福州實則有着某種程度的類似。因為有內涵，故而不必喧囂，不追逐這個獎那個聯盟，衹是安安靜靜氣定神閑地打磨，把最温潤的自己呈現於世。主理人沒有（也許是不屑）模仿網紅酒店千篇一律的乏味設計，同時，ta也是一個難以被拷貝的作品，光説那不計成本滿室的小葉紫檀傢俱，價值幾何？在奢華酒店的荒漠城市，一千多的基礎房，已屬第一梯隊。住過，才明白，這種質感和房價其實是倒掛的。剛踏入大堂，雖然看不懂頗有來頭的各種擺設，但誠如李安所言，身處那樣的空間，你會莫名感受到震撼。除卻完勝奢華酒店的硬件，不到24小時沉浸式體驗了無微不至的服務。被問及酒店的歷史，內飾的細節時，每位員工娓娓道來發自內心的自豪與幸福感，令人動容。臨走之前，黃湘閩像一個專業導遊，隨身掏出一支激光筆，一一解析大堂裏那副巨大的大漆工藝作品的細節時，整個人有一種被照拂的暖意。在這裏，客人，不僅是消費者，更像是有緣人。以酒店本身為目的地的旅行，故事，不可或缺。每次出發，我隱隱奢望去和那些有趣的靈魂相遇，短暫跳脱這庸俗不堪的人間。三寶，造就了一個令人恍惚不太真實的平行世界。美味，豐盛，多樣的早餐，慢吞吞吃了將近一個小時，吃到八分飽，剛剛好，一天卻能量滿滿。這如同隱喻，是信奉佛教的主理人對美好人世該有模樣的理解：靜下心來，有節制地享受福報，人間值得。

服務：服務超級好，管家會提前聯繫我們，提供攻略等方便訊息。每次經過大堂，每一位工作人員都會和我們打招呼，打掃衞生的阿姨也是~非常有禮貌 環境：地理位置很好，離三坊七巷很近。建築是蘇式和閩式園林的結合，環境超棒，庭院，假山~ 衞生：打掃的很乾凈 總之入住的體驗特別棒!還有每日新鮮水果➕下午茶。非遺體驗項目也很棒 早餐是素食，品種很多，很新鮮 在此，感謝管家李靖和張悦~有機會一定再來!

因為一個視頻，一個屋頂照而選擇的酒店，位置、環境和硬件都頗為抗打，而尤為貼心的服務。屋頂景是房間自帶的，本來客滿沒得拍了。但當得知我想找這個點，而剛好客人退房早了的時候，管家張悦專門帶去打卡，太貼心了。心想事成[勝利][勝利][勝利]
