The room was pretty clean. The staff was very nice. I was not happy with the A/C. I checked in close to 9pm and it was super hot inside the room when I entered. And the A/C couldn't lower the temperature effectively. The first night was quite uncomfortable. Then the room got much cooler till the next day, and I needed to keep A/C on 24/7 otherwise it would go back to super hot quickly.

不是惡意評價，咱先不説價格，攜程上標五星就是個坑，設施陳舊就算了，衞生非常差，晚上睡覺很明顯有粉塵吸入的感覺，床，就跟躺在鋼板一樣，我是一宿沒睡，攜程上的4.8分，我看了一下，基本上都是刷出來的評價。

酒店附近環境不錯，還幫忙房間升級了，晚上可以沿江散步，酒店頂樓有游泳池，前台小方服務熱情友好，整體體驗感覺還可以。

自駕的話位置不錯，去幾個熱門景點都方便。游泳池挺不錯加分。春節價格漲幾倍，性價比很低。但整個福州酒店都這樣…早餐不咋樣。

有一説一，首先説一下這個酒店的位置，前面就是江景，還是很不錯的，這點值得肯定。結果跑到門口，特別小的一個門臉，不知道還以為到了哪個快捷酒店門口呢，酒店內設施也沒有一點五星的樣子。最最讓人生氣的事情來了，一個酒店早餐不是雙人餐，早上用餐的時候讓我再買一個人的早餐88一位，你是頭一天做酒店嗎，不會把這個費用加到房費裏嗎，大過年的真讓人掃興，是媽祖教你這麼做的嗎。最精彩的來了，我交了錢進去以後，想喝熱牛奶，跟一個服務員説了以後，她聽見後白了一眼笑了一下，自顧自的走回了後廚，也沒有來加牛奶，什麼意思？我過年來受你們服務人員白眼的，一個五星級酒店全是老年服務人員，話都聽不懂，最後找了門口數人頭的小姑娘，幫我倒了兩杯冰牛奶，有冰牛奶你不會後廚加熱啊，相當搞笑了，我也不瞎説，有圖有真相，大大拉低了福州旅遊的印象，不會做五星就別做了
