The room is quite spacious, although it is somewhat distant from the town center.

1) Location not near to any shopping centres within walking distance.
2) Not much choice for dining experience. Most restaurants already closed down. Left with 1 Chinese restaurant.
Their all day cafe is not open as stated on their signage.
Room dining menu options not much too.
3) Overpriced based on 5 star room standard. Only offer basis as compared to other 5 star hotels.
4) Should provide luggage stand. When the luggage place at the string area, no place to wear shoe.

前台服務很仔細免費升級了房間，謝謝🙏。套房大，卻不温暖，還有些不盡人意的地方1露台的躺 椅上還有別人用過的浴巾，2.房門一週縫隙很大，修繕的痕跡斑斑 3.衞浴大鏡子有廢棄電視投屏的功能，但電源紅點卻亮着，不免讓人心理不舒服 4.迷你吧也是敷衍的感覺，東西了了，和如家快捷酒店類似 5.門口的大哥沒有服務意識，説話舉止冷淡，初始形象不太好。6.房間很大電視卻老舊小，不理解。下次不再考慮

本次春節期間入住2晚，作為國際品牌星級酒店服務和質量實在堪憂，以下是實際遇到的情況：
1. 第一晚下水道明顯堵塞，等待工程部上門核實，一段時間確認後才安排換房，應變處理能力實在差。
2. 新房間一早醒來房間內充滿煙味，第一時間用客房電話聯繫前台，竟然無人接聽（從來沒遇過聯繫不到前台客服的情況），嘗試了多次未果，衹能從網上找電話用手機撥打後才來人。
3. 反饋了煙味問題，酒店方面提供了空氣凈化器和開窗方案，最終沒有效果。
4. 離店當天凌晨和早晨多次被濃厚的煙味薰醒，引發頭痛、嗓子痛、胸痛，給前台聯繫後值班經理上門核實，竟然第一時間説是黴味，也是心疼在這種環境上班的員工，難怪一個個都有鼻炎。
5. 吸了一晚的二手煙毒氣，身體不適實在沒有胃口，酒店提出解決方案竟然是一份午餐作為補償，有沒有在開玩笑？毫無誠意可言，實在可笑。
6. 酒店管理層放任客人隨意吸煙，不在乎其他客人感受，建議孕婦、長者、小孩、對煙味過敏者避免這家酒店，為自己健康着想。
7. 舉證同步上傳國家相關平台投訴，酒店有重大管理過失，對於火災等安全隱患置之不理，煙霧感測器、空氣質量檢測形同虛設。

酒店位置雖然略偏，但周邊環境還不錯，鄰江且房間面積較大，缺點是窗户全封閉，空調新風量不夠，夜晚睡覺很不舒服，早餐的用餐環境還不錯，就是空調温度太冷，體感較差，總體來説服務水準不錯，硬件配置有些差距。
