民宿在東方第一村南崗村，離東極廣場很近，駕車10分鐘就到了，可以免費停車，還有水管可以洗車，老闆服務態度很好，在他們家吃的魚和粉條燉白菜，不是很符合我們四川人的口味，也可以吃早餐，住宿條件一般，房間較小，還算比較乾淨，隔音效果很差，晚上很安靜，早上起來停水了，3:00太陽就升起來了，2點過公雞就開始打鳴了，

淋雨做的太高了🤣對我一個158的小個子來説開關都有點艱難，花灑管也很短 垂下來才到我胳膊處還需改善，有地暖温度開高點房間也算暖和，吃飯較貴但還算能理解，老闆夫婦人都還不錯

衞生按民宿標準算可以，設施建議老闆有空維修一下
馬桶的水箱蓋沒了
熱水器裝太高不好調温
門鎖壞了房間鎖不了門
隔音不好看完日出回房間補眠，每次外面大門一關就被吵醒

非常熱情的老闆和老闆娘，入住的時候很熱情，把我們當自己小孩看待，準備的飯菜很好吃，價格比外面划算很多，做的家常燉魚和我們在外面吃的得莫利燉魚是一個味道，很正宗，整體入住體驗非常棒！

遲來的點評啊！這家民宿房間特別乾淨，老闆兩口子人特別熱情，服務周到，老闆武老二專門開車到東極廣場來接我，還義務當嚮導帶我遊玩，然後把我接回民宿，老闆娘做的東極特色魚特別好吃，農家院門口種着很多漂亮的花。回撫遠的時候武老二老闆又親自開車送我，跑了三十公里，我總覺得不好意思讓人家破費，悄聲給了紅包以表感謝。住在這裏真是不用擔心出行問題，啥都能解決。停車方便，離東極和黑**島也就幾公里。

老闆老闆娘服務態度真好！老闆娘的廚藝不錯，烤魚好吃。早餐的小菜和烤魚好吃，粥和大餅挺好。建議；1淋浴開關太高，適當降低一些，方便低海拔人員使用。2淋浴噴頭管子太短，建議換個1.5米左右的。
