Wanderlust Fuvahmulah

Small guest house with just 6 rooms, cosy feel, well-maintained and spotlessly clean. (Shout out to the diligent housekeeper.) Bedroom and shower room are a good size, varied selection of towels & toiletries supplied, crisp bedlinen. Room kettle & iron. Lovely compact garden and outdoor space. A huge bonus is the excellent on site Eden Cafe. Recommend, 5/5

This is a newly opened guesthouse / hotel on the island. Rooms are largely, well apponted with all the facilities you need. The owner and staff go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one and fulfill every request. The restaurant on the premises is excellent and great value for money.

It was a true pleasure to stay at the hotel Wanderlust. From the first minute I got in touch with the wonderful family and staff, I was met with extraordinary hospitality, kindness and support. As many, I too traveled to Fuvahmulah for the exceptional pelagic wild life. While I absolutely love scuba diving, it was truly the community and charm of the island that made me want to stay longer. From scooter arrangements, airport transfers, beautiful hotel and restaurant interior design, traditional Maldivian dinners at the beach surrounded by bonfires - Wanderlust went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Could not rate this guesthouse higher it was the perfect option for our trip as it was both budget friendly but also ticked every box like great location close to harbor for diving and some local restaurants as well. It’s very new and well Kept with a homey and modern layout with nice garden surrounding too. The room is very neat and tidy and was super clean with all the comforts you need. Nice and cold AC, good wifi in the room too. The staff cleaned and made up the room daily, provided drinking water in plastic free bottles which was great to see. The food in the guesthouse also was fantastic with a big selection which was freshly prepared and tasty. Delicious smoothies, healthy juices, espresso coffee, burgers, pizza, pasta and local dishes with so many options. Their staff were very friendly and did Laundry for us and even arranged a scooter rental and early morning drop to the airport. Made are trip so easy as they had a solution for everything and gave a great service. A special mention as well we were invited to join a traditional dinner at the beach with the owners and we thought it would be a very casual affair but they made the most beautiful local feast with a fire and candles it was so so amazing we really didn’t expect it! Maldivian people really know how to make you feel welcome. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back here next trip!

Very hospitable hosts. The room service guy Arjun was super friendly, took me to my dive center on his scooter several times and even did my laundry when he cleaned the room. The hosts organised a very lovely evening dinner at the beach and prepared us local food. There s no better place to stay.

The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Very sweet welcome and goodbye messages left in the room. The place makes you feel like home. The staff is very friendly and considerate. Would stay here again. Highly recommend it.
