提前online check in總是卡在信用卡登記那個環節，換了三張卡都不行，這有點不方便，可能是國內大部分卡在外網登記有限制。 我們提出可以付現金按金但是酒店的核查在退房後的下午，所以酒店方不能接受這個提議。最後讓酒店拍了信用卡照片以留底，這有點不安全。酒店曾經應該是有非常不好的經歷（有住客住的非常亂），所以在這方面有陰影，也能理解吧。 服務方面，接送服務和checkin員工都非常nice，唯一不足是沒有提前告知wifi密碼（？）房內也沒有冊子上寫，晚上在whatsapp詢問也無人回覆。

環境舒適，衛生整潔。地點也很方便（開車來講） 但是密碼給錯，加上沒有給我們房號，讓我們一家在晚上8點多，在房子前面找不到家可入。 聯繫方面只能用電話，沒有任何網路聯繫方式也很慘。最後是請別房的人幫忙打電話才聯繫上⋯ 太嚇人了～

酒店位置很特別,mapcode的位置竟然在燧道之内,好彩有其他導航,好快就找到,Arthouse內很舒適,設備齊全,完全是家的感覺!

有中文服務，大家大膽打電話要求中文服務。 房間超級美，還有陽台，裝修也很美。一卧室，卧室和客廳有一個小門，私密性不錯。可以洗衣服烘乾，非常方便。 1）一定要注意酒店發的郵件，提前checkin，拿到密碼，就可以直接憑密碼入住了。 2）位置風景好，但是交通不方便，酒店可以派車接，也是郵件聯繫。 3）走的時候也是酒店送到JR站。

Our family rented 2 apartments in ArtHouse over Christmas for 5 nights. I highly recommend it for anyone considering to stay in Furano. The apartments are very new and clean with everything you need. It is convenient (easy to walk to the slopes) and very comfortable. We cannot wait to go back!

We are a family of 4 people. We recently stayed in the two bedroom apartment for three nights. The apartment is new, airy and clean. There is even a balcony. We spent quality family time together in the living room at night which is priceless. It is cosy and comfortable. The apartment provides a full kitchen and a washing machine/dryer. Because Furano is in the middle of our Hokkaido trip, the washing machine helps a great deal for our clothes. There is even an air-conditioner which works well when the temperature was high in one day. A car park right in front of our apartment provides great convenience. The apartment is located in the beautiful Shimogoryo area. It is right in front of the famous dessert shop - Furano Delice. We walked around early morning and evening. The neighbourhood is pleasant and beautiful.
