I really like the modern design of this hotel. The lighting and artwork was exceptional. The room was comfy. My favorite hotel so far! The service and the onsen were amazing. The food was a but pricey for the quality though. Would prefer eating around the area

The Nozo hotel is brand new. The room is small but the beds were very comfortable. There is a 24 hour service room on each floor with ice and water dispensers, vending machines, microwave oven and washing machine/dryer. No bottled water is supplied in the room. There is a choice of western or Japanese breakfast, both of which were excellent. The onsen is small, with good quality amenities. The downside is that we were allocated rooms at level 1 with a partial wall view. Service is top notch, with many international staff who are fluent in English and very helpful and warm. We had a good stay.

A very cosy, clean and new hotel. Absolutely stunning and service was excellent. The staff speaks good English and the entire hotel is very welcoming! Will definitely return for more stays!

Hotel situated near ski gondola, room is big and comfy. Breakfast is good and the services are excellent! Felt very welcomed by the staff there. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Very good location for snowboarding. Able to walk to and from the slopes. Staff always happy to help either booking taxi or helping with more pillows. Only negatives are coffee at breakfast time could be better, more room in the ski lockers for our snowboards and more boot warmers and keep in mind Japanese beds and pillows….. nonetheless enjoyed our stay in Furano and highly recommend. Used the gym, the Onsen and laundry services and highly recommend.

Room was very small and view was ugly (roof and another building). However, despite being very small it was well equipped and recently furnished and I had a good sleep. Had dinner and breakfast in hotel. Food was good for both meals. Service in hotel is a bit fussy, they waste time telling you things you don’t want to know, but then when I had a small problem with my room it took ages to get it fixed.

We were just a short drive from the famous flower fields and several excellent wineries. The staff at the concierge desk were always eager to help us plan our day, offering insider tips on the best times to visit the attractions to avoid crowds. One of the standout features of Nozo Hotel is its onsen, a traditional Japanese hot spring bath.
