Warm and thoughtful service. The charger forgot to take it.  The hotel immediately notified the customer to discuss how to deal with it after discovering it. The reimbursement needs a list of room charges. I forgot it at that time. Later, I contacted  and the front desk was dealt with in time. I was very satisfied.

I stayed here on the third day of the ***** New Year. The price did not increase. The prices in nearby Fuzhou and Xiapu Putian have skyrocketed. I got off the highway in advance and stayed here. I got up early the next day and set off. I was the first batch to go to Fuzhou attractions.

YYufuThe service is very good. Tesla super charging is very convenient. The toilet in the room has a peculiar smell and the seal is not done well. There is only heating but no air conditioning in the room. The temperature in the room is 27 degrees in the afternoon and 25 degrees at night. I borrowed a fan to relieve it.

As there was some event going on, I wished to in advance purchase some gifts for it to be sent to my relatives in china on a later date. She went the extra mile by sharing her personal wechat contact and helping me to do all the arrangements. Cant thank her enough, but i those we read my review, you can count on her for a world class service experience👍🏼

The butler service is super intimate, smiling from check-in to check-out, even the Fuqing snack guide I casually mentioned has told me! Stayed for another night, there are too many snack bars around, super delicious, next time I want to come to live, a family to eat

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the 10th to 14th floors of a building; the room is spacious and the bathroom is large, but the bathroom door is higher and the color is the same P3; my family and I almost fell down at first. The design is very unreasonable and inhumane. Later, I walked here several times to deepen my memory. There are many varieties of breakfast, but there is no milk. The soy milk is thin and cold. But the price is already very good

The surrounding transportation is very convenient, and the high-speed rail is only ten minutes away. The snacks downstairs are also great! This hotel will definitely be my first choice when I come to Fuqing in the future! The price is right! The service is also very good! No matter who is on duty at the front desk, the service attitude of the young lady is super good!

Manager Yang's patient and efficient response made me very satisfied. The room was clean and tidy and they also gave me free fruit. I will come again next time I am on a business trip!!!

The room decoration is practical for business, and the more intimate is equipped with European sockets.
The bathroom is a bit failed. The toilet is too expensive to drain. The sound is like a fighter. I don’t know if there is an exhaust fan. If it is installed, the power is too low.
The service is good, can actively help solve the problem, and also sent an extra breakfast intimately.
