Hotel Family-friendly Fuqing

This hotel meets all star standards. Although Building 2 is not decorated, it is quite standard and clean. Both the front desk and the doorman have a strong sense of service. Because I am afraid of noise when sleeping, I specially arranged a quiet room. Although the square dance across the street is very noisy, it is only noisy for more than an hour from 7:30 pm, and it is quiet after 8:30 pm. For this reason, the front desk communicated with me several times, and the service attitude was warm, thoughtful and responsible. The breakfast is very rich, and parking is in the underground parking lot.

The hotel lobby is grand and magnificent. Chen Jing at the front desk provided thoughtful service and her warm smile made people feel very comfortable. Manager Yang's patient and efficient response made me very satisfied. The room was clean and tidy and they also gave me free fruit. I will come again next time I am on a business trip!!!

The environment is great! I originally planned to stay in the hotel for one day, and then I kept renewing my room for four consecutive days hahaha! The surrounding transportation is very convenient, and the high-speed rail is only ten minutes away. The snacks downstairs are also great! This hotel will definitely be my first choice when I come to Fuqing in the future! The price is right! The service is also very good! There is only heating but no air conditioning in the room. The temperature in the room is 27 degrees in the afternoon and 25 degrees at night. I borrowed a fan to relieve it.

I booked a deluxe twin room with a balcony, which is spacious enough and clean. But yesterday's weather was not good. After we checked in, it rained heavily. I don't know if it was because of thunder and lightning. Afterwards, the phone in the room was unavailable, the Wi-Fi had no signal, and the bath water was cold all night. In short, it was all kinds of inconveniences! However, these problems cannot all be attributed to the weather. The huge hotel is still a parent-child hotel style, and it should be fully equipped in all aspects. Oh and the rides at the hotel the kids had a blast. The room is quite big! The shower room is a bit old! There are two Wandas nearby! On the first night when I arrived at the hotel, I passed by Wanda Fuqing Fuhe Store, washed up and walked over to have dinner! When I came back, I found that Wanda Fuqing Qingchang Store was next door! Then I went there again to buy fruits and drinks! There are not many varieties of breakfast! There is no noodle stall! There are so many people, and the breakfast spot is shared with the bath center! I didn’t go to have breakfast the next day🥣

The hotel entrance and lobby has been upgraded. Overall the cleanliness is good for the domestic standard. However when compared with International standard, it is average. The breakfast selection is limited as it is meant for domestic Traveller. The security is very good and the staff is helpful. Good to be able to speak a little bit of Chinese.

The apartment is in an excellent location and has convenient transportation. There is a bus stop downstairs to reach Shizhu Mountain. The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The customer service staff are very good, very proactive and enthusiastic. Personally, I think the price/performance ratio is quite high. The price is similar to that of an express hotel among urban hotels, and the environment, hygiene, and location of the accommodation are very good. Disposable bath towels and toothbrushes are also very considerate. Worth recommending.
