Lovely reception lady when I arrived even though it was quite late. The bed was fabulous as always but four pillows apposed to the two would be nice.. SThe shower/bath soap in the dispenser is so diluted that it is almost unusable - such a shame.

5 of us stayed here for a family funeral in nearby Fulwood. Situated on a business park (car showrooms) with ample secure parking available. Rooms were very clean and comfortable as expected in a Premier Inn but it was the staff that made our stay exceptional. It was obvious they were short staffed, but every single person we encountered was warm, friendly and helpful. The restaurant served very good food and we ate dinner here both nights. (Recommend the tomato, chilli linguine and chocolate torte!) Special mentions must go to Tara, Kelly, Elena, Leah and Kanye who are a credit to the hotel and quite frankly deserve a massive pay rise for the way they conducted themselves so professionally. Highly recommended.

Great location, staff were amazing, friendly, warm, and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Jane and the team were fantastic. Rooms were great and beds really comfortable. The hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy. Great value! Food and drinksFood and drinks were very reasonably priced. Good selection of draught beer, spirits ane wines. The food was great. We had dinner one evening and breakfast twice. Good dinner selection on the menu. The hot breakfast was cooked perfectly to order and the continental breakfast had a great variety to offer. Fresh pastries, fruits, cereal yoghurt, juices and hot drinks. For £10.99 a head you could have unlimited everything! Free car parking throughout the stay! Free basic WiFi connection which met our needs but you can upgrade if you wanted extra speed, and multiple devices for only £5 for 24H

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Had both bath and shower. Extra two pillows in our room which suited us perfectly. Meal deal was excellent value. Staff colleagues made us feel welcomed. We telephoned Preston East a few days before booking online to make a couple of enquiries. Staff colleague was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. We will definitely use Preston East Premier Inn again in the future and would recommend to family and friends.
