前台有一點種族歧視，剛開始的時候很傲慢，但後來我軟信拿捏了以後馬上態度就進行了轉變，生怕我去投訴。不提供拖鞋就是一個快捷酒店，不要存在太大幻想，應該以後不會去了。

酒店屬於新酒店，各項設施都比較新，房間大小也相對比較合適，淋浴水也是不小，早餐雖然不算豐富，但還是相當可以的。

Wir hatten 1 Übernachtung incl. 2xFrühstück gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Supi freundlicher und zügiger Checkin (Danke an Hr. C. Aron), ganz unkompliziert Hotelschirm für Spaziergang bekommen. Altstadt 5min fussläufig entfernt. Zimmer 112 sehr sauber, neu und modern eingerichtet. Betten incl. Bettwaren komfortabel und bequem. Bad im modernen, ansprechenden Design. Im Zimmer Fön, Bügeleisen und Zubehör, Wasserkocher incl. Kaffee und Tee. Alles incl. Frühstück Service wirkte auf uns unaufdringlich freundlich und gut durchdacht. Kleine Thermoskannen mit Kaffee verhindern Warteschlangen am Automaten. Sogar kleine Mitnahmetüten für Kleinigkeiten lagen bereit. Mitarbeiter waren alle aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir werden sicher wieder dort übernachten. DANKESCHÖN;-)
