staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met, offering helpful local recommendations. We love the scent spray they provided us!

This time I was a bit bothered by the trains. I am a regular guest here, means the hotel ok if you don’t mind small rooms as it is common in Japan.

Super good hotel! Everything was perfect, in particular the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, helping me to book a massage and also recommending and reserving a good sashimi restaurant at short notice. Great view of Fukuyama Castle from the window. Even a massage chair in the room, the first time I’ve ever seen this in a hotel room! Great location in a lively area.

Booked 2 rooms with friends and we are all very satisfied on our stay. Good location just beside the train station and the castle. We had a great time. I highly recommend.

The hotel is right next to Fukuyama Station, with convenient transportation! It is also close to the Hiroshima Airport Bus Station! The hotel is very new, and you can see Fukuyama Castle when you open the curtains in the room! Amazing!

It is very close to JR Fukuyama Station, and it looks like it is right in front of you from the platform. The hotel facilities are very new and comfortable. The room faces Fukuyama Castle, and the night view is even more beautiful. The hotel's breakfast is a Japanese or Western set meal with rich ingredients and large portions. Highly recommended.

Convenient transportation, just opposite the south exit of Fukuyama Station. The surrounding facilities are complete, there are independent stores of Snow Peak and The North Face nearby, as well as a large department store, and other restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The hotel is very new, clean and tidy.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is opposite the train station and there are some restaurants across the street. There is also a komeda coffee in a small shopping mall next to it.
